Seamless experience from beginning to end! Had a vehicle transferred from another Carmax location. Was made aware along the way as to the location of the vehicle while in route. Minimal fee for the transfer. Well worth the fee since you are getting the exact vehicle that you want. The on line description of the vehicle matched the in person inspection. Michael Henry (sales) was awesome to work with! Was given a very good price for our trade in. Only positive things to say about Carmax. This is the 2nd time we purchased from Carmax and it probably won’t be the last.

First time customer. The experience was much less stressful than buying at a dealership. No pushy finance guy trying to up sell you on extras. Would definitely go back for another vehicle in the future.

Normally, I would give 5 stars, as this is my third car from Carmax. This car had a bad front driver rotor with a big gouge due to a rock or something being stuck between the brake pad & rotor. Second, the TPMS would set off the tire pressure dash light without any deficit in tire pressure at higher speeds (70-77mph) and longer distances (30+ mile trips).
The two problems may or may not be related. Otherwise the car and the sale were up to par.

If I could leave half a star I would. I had a scheduled appointment to test drive and buy a vehicle, but when I get there they said all computers were down and they could do nothing. The ignorant sales woman in the front said well you’ll just have to wait. How can you not even offer to do a simple test drive??? After speaking with them a day earlier they said everything was set? All this after driving 45 minutes to get there. Completely unacceptable!!!

Very disappointed i bought my truck last year i had to return it 3times now to get it fix. I will never buy again from them. 2024.
So now again its 5 21 24 my truck needs service again i dont understand this at this point im done i just want a new truck or my money back. Im so dam disappointed.

I tend to buy all my cars from Carmax. Every time I do, the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. It was the same this time. However, it takes too long for closing on a vehicle. Once you decide the vehicle you want to purchase it takes too long for the paperwork, even if your purchasing with cash.
