We needed a hole in our tire plugged. It was fast, easy, and cheap! They even put it back on for us and filled our spare up! Very good service! And friendly!

Pulled in late on a Thursday with a tire rapidly going flat. They met us outside and told us where to pull up to. They had it jacked up and looking for the leak within a minute and 10 minutes later we were fixed and ready to go. Inexpensive too. Big thanks and a big thumbs up

The owner, Chuck, is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re lucky enough to not deal with him, the prices are genuinely fair, and the employees are kind, skilled, and quick. But their boss ruined the entire experience for me.I’m from the county, so I’m not used to how packed the Kenosha streets are. Most places I’ve had vehicle maintenance done are easily accessible. But since it was busy that day and it was in a residential area where a lot of people were parked on the road, the closest available parking was half a block away. I’m not blaming anyone for this, that’s just the way it is.But when I explained this to Chuck (the owner) and told him I would pull up my car wherever he needed it, he began to work yell at me in front of all the customers and employees, was insulting my appearance, and passively aggressively questioning if I even knew how to do any vehicle maintenance such as changing oil or fixing a tire.I already experience massive amounts of stress getting stuff like this done by other people, but at that time I was short on time and needed people with the equipment and training to get it done quickly. So to come here are be degraded like that was upsetting. Chuck is very unprofessional, and I was willing to ignore this and not write a review, until I explained my experience to other people who have also had negative experiences with him. Experiences which include catching him under the influence of drugs at work, the same hostility he showed me, and completely ignoring appointments. It’s sad when someone’s terrible work ethic is more noticeable than the legitimately good service they provide.If you are someone who doesn’t care about that, then feel free to use this business. I’m not going to pretend that the EMPLOYEES (not the bad owner) are doing a bad job. But if you appreciate good customer service then look elsewhere.Service: Tires

This shop is no longer called C&M Tires and they don't sell any tires at all.**** Edit for clarity****The owner says that the business goes by several names and one of the names is, C&M new & used tires. Owner also says they sell new tires but not used tires.So here's my experience from the other week:I stopped in, without calling first, for a used tire and was told by a woman that they don't sell tires and then a male employee confirmed this. I asked if this is C&M new and used tires and they said "No", then mumbled something and pointed at a business license that is framed on the wall.It appears that I misunderstood them, IDK....They were my last stop, I was hoping they would have a used tire with 9/32 tread left. No one else did and I ended up buying two new tires from another shop.Both employees were friendly and suggested a place for used tires but I had already been there. Must have been too loud for me to hear them.
