I have been going to Jim for 18 years. He has helped me shop around for rates multiple times. I can never beat what he finds on my own. He has also been extremely helpful during the 2 times we had to file major claims. He has earned my loyalty for sure!

I go to see Jim yearly when my insurance comes due. I believe I have kind of a complex package that needs review every year.
