“My son needed work done on his car after someone hit him. The guys at Luigi's were AMAZING to him! They helped him through the process and gave him very fair pricing, not taking advantage of the fact that he's a young adult. I drove my son to pick up the car after the work was finished, and they were so incredibly friendly and very proud of their work, which was perfect. Hopefully we won't need body work done on any more vehicles, but if we do, we will be back! Highly recommended!”

“CAR OWNER BEWARE!

Now that I have your attention, I would highly recommend Millhouse Auto Body. Brought my vehicle to them for a small chip repair and received a very, very reasonable estimate (which is rare these days so many people/business are trying to get every penny out the customer as they can). Anyways, I decided to try them out. I dropped off the vehicle in the morning and got a call early that afternoon saying it was ready and that they had a very hard time matching the color (metallic gunmetal gray color) which I already knew was a going to be a hard color to spot touch up for it to look 100%. Got back over to the shop and I would say it was 85-90% true to rest of the color. The only way to make it 100% would be to paint the entire door which would have been absurd for a 2x2mm chip. Started talking with the GM how much effort went into trying to figure out how to get it 100% and finally came to the conclusion that they can’t with such a small chip repair. Which I understand from my own experiences so I knew he was correct with what I was being told.
To say the least because Millhouse takes such pride in their workmanship and the fact they couldn’t get the chip repair 100% color matched the general manager refused to take any money from me. Who the hell does that in today’s world! I thought that was an incredible standup thing to do. Not many people are like that anymore.

“I have had this shop on my radar for afew months to stop and arrange a repair. The pics of it looking like it exploded was at a scenic overlook up north in the middle of nowhere. The lesson here is when parking barriers are installed and the rods are NOT fully insured this will occur to your low sitting vehicle . The fully completed pics are the completed repair really made the car look like the day we bought it.
They patiently waited for me cause this was our first snow day. They took the car immediately for service. This owner has a great shop and crew. The cost was very reasonable and even driving the distance from North Racine was not a issue. Dealing with good people I s a pleasure. Thank you classic Center.”

“Keno's Collisiontek provides honest, communicative and affordable service. I have had several good experiences with them, and recently was looking for a used car. We brought in a car for them to look at, and they advised us that it would need a $500 repair to keep it running and it wasn't worth half as much as the list price. If Keno Collisiontek's fees for looking over a car weren't so reasonable, we probably would have bought that car and been out several thousand dollars in a short time. They offered advice on where to look for a better price and we decided on another car through a private dealer and brought it in for them to look at. These guys have done body work on three vehicles of mine a Van, an Suv, and and my truck. They did an excellent job! Paint matched perfectly and never had any fitment issues. They are the most affordable in town. They will do a great job without ripping u off.”

“Glass was installed and so far no air or water leaks. I didn’t opt for the higher package because I already had new wipers to put on it and wasn’t worried about the rain x. My only issue is the glass was so dirty upon pickup. Inside and out I had to spend some time cleaning the glass. The day I picked up the car I drove after sunset and any car that passed me in the opposing lane caused me not to be able to see the road because the film buildup on the windshield. I’m assuming this glass sat since it’s for an older car and the build up wasn’t too noticeable until light shines at it. Overall I’m happy but hope they see this and start cleaning glass inside and out after install to avoid causing a potentially dangerous situation.”
