Everyone is very friendly and unknowledgeable about the products they sell. The stores well stocked and end the prices are reasonable.

The assistance manager is fake. He is friendly to your face. But he never follows thur with an answer. Always have to track him down. Then he blames the employees that they did not get back to me. I told an employee that I do not like the assistance manager. They said that's why everyone is leaving. Stay away from the kenosha location.

The store had a few customers in it. I was headed to the tv department to look for the new roku Pro series tvs. I didn't see any on display. It seemed like maybe they were in some sort of transition. Some of the displays were not on . Some disappointment

Years ago this is a good store but recently it has been going downhill. I don't think it can go any further downhill, this place is terrible, the checkout line was closed! They don't have anything anymore. The only reason I went was my daughter said they had some Lego on sale otherwise I stayed away from that store I haven't been there in over a year. This is one of the businesses that should have gone out of business.

This review is directed at Best Buy corporation and not directly at the specic Kenosha store:
I am trying to purchase a Hisense TV model 55U7k. The website shows as 'unavailable nearby' so I tried to contact a store. Of course I wasn't able to speak with an actual store so I settled for a phone rep. He was part of the Magnolia sales group. After working with him for 15 mins it was determined that I would not get this TV. Now what is frustrating for your consumer, and a confusing business strategy, is that he WAS able to locate a product for me. However he said that it could not be shipped to a store because 1 store wouldn't not want to loose their inventory, while the other store would not want to take a hit for receiving this inventory that they didn't order. Fine; so then I said that it could be shipped to me instead of a store. He said it wasn't possible from his end because it was in-store. So you have someone that wants to give you money, has done extra work to locate YOUR inventory, but then you aren't going to sell the product? How is this a good business model and being consumer friendly? Might be another reason brick/mortar isn't going to last ... Feel free to contact me.

Customer service is good until you feel like a half dead zebra and your being surrounded by the haggling hyenas
