We bought a 55"tv got home and one screw for the stand was defected they wanted us to pack up the tv and bring it back and get another tv instead of just going into another tv box and giving me a screw(policy) instead I went to ace hardware and got one for 93cents check your boxes before leaving. Everyone is very friendly and unknowledgeable about the products they sell. The stores well stocked and end the prices are reasonable.
