The staff at AutoZone at 2055 22nd Ave in Kenosha Wi were great today! My battery wouldn't start. Once I got it started with road side assistance, I went to another auto parts store that was close to my house, but they wouldn't install the battery, they said it required Professional Installation. I left the store and my car wouldn't start. I spoke with the staff at Auto Zone and they assured me they would install a new battery. I had to have my car towed, but once I got Auto Zone it was smooth sailing. They even gave me a discount for all my trouble.

Quick and friendly service. I had a dead battery checked and charged for a neighbor. Fully charged in about 3 hours. A free service provided by AutoZone! Great place for diy.

I went in and asked for assistance with trying to figure out why my check engine light was on...
Every employee helped me with everything I needed assistance with in less than half an hour, great conversations with (the man) Travis. It's a great place to visit for vehicle parts and a great place to gain personal knowledge on your vehicle.

Travis replaced my defective battery that I purchased in Cody, Wyoming for free. He is the best. He even installed it for free. I can't believe how friendly and nice he was!

Ted, Jesse, and Larry at auto zone on 22nd Ave in Kenosha are angels. Larry tested my car and found that my 2012 Acura MDX had a bad alternator. They called 6 different service shops to get the alternator part installed on the same day. Wonderful friendly people.
