“I have been in the automotive business for 24 years. I had a friend who asked me to come with them because they didn't like buying cars. I made the appointment over the phone and asked for their best salesman. We were set up with Griffin. He had the Wrangler pulled up for us when we got there. He explained the certified preowned warranty and buyers guide on the windshield. We took it for a ride. When we got back he had appraised her two trades. We agreed on a price and my friend set up a time to come back with the Cashier's check and pick up her Wrangler. I would recommend Griffin to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I would hire him.”
“CAR OWNER BEWARE!
Now that I have your attention, I would highly recommend Millhouse Auto Body. Brought my vehicle to them for a small chip repair and received a very, very reasonable estimate (which is rare these days so many people/business are trying to get every penny out the customer as they can). Anyways, I decided to try them out. I dropped off the vehicle in the morning and got a call early that afternoon saying it was ready and that they had a very hard time matching the color (metallic gunmetal gray color) which I already knew was a going to be a hard color to spot touch up for it to look 100%. Got back over to the shop and I would say it was 85-90% true to rest of the color. The only way to make it 100% would be to paint the entire door which would have been absurd for a 2x2mm chip. Started talking with the GM how much effort went into trying to figure out how to get it 100% and finally came to the conclusion that they can’t with such a small chip repair. Which I understand from my own experiences so I knew he was correct with what I was being told.
To say the least because Millhouse takes such pride in their workmanship and the fact they couldn’t get the chip repair 100% color matched the general manager refused to take any money from me. Who the hell does that in today’s world! I thought that was an incredible standup thing to do. Not many people are like that anymore.
Suffice to say, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND Millhouse Auto Body shop.”
“My son needed work done on his car after someone hit him. The guys at Luigi's were AMAZING to him! They helped him through the process and gave him very fair pricing, not taking advantage of the fact that he's a young adult. I drove my son to pick up the car after the work was finished, and they were so incredibly friendly and very proud of their work, which was perfect. Hopefully we won't need body work done on any more vehicles, but if we do, we will be back! Highly recommended!”

“I have had this shop on my radar for afew months to stop and arrange a repair. The pics of it looking like it exploded was at a scenic overlook up north in the middle of nowhere. The lesson here is when parking barriers are installed and the rods are NOT fully insured this will occur to your low sitting vehicle . The fully completed pics are the completed repair really made the car look like the day we bought it.
They patiently waited for me cause this was our first snow day. They took the car immediately for service. This owner has a great shop and crew. The cost was very reasonable and even driving the distance from North Racine was not a issue. Dealing with good people I s a pleasure. Thank you classic Center.”

“Keno's Collisiontek provides honest, communicative and affordable service. I have had several good experiences with them, and recently was looking for a used car. We brought in a car for them to look at, and they advised us that it would need a $500 repair to keep it running and it wasn't worth half as much as the list price. If Keno Collisiontek's fees for looking over a car weren't so reasonable, we probably would have bought that car and been out several thousand dollars in a short time. They offered advice on where to look for a better price and we decided on another car through a private dealer and brought it in for them to look at. We ended up saving close to $1000 on our used car and getting a more reliable car with their help. Everyone there from the mechanics to the man and woman behind the counter was polite and easy to talk to. They always answer my questions about repairs in a way that I (who has no knowledge of car mechanics) can understand and they never seem annoyed, even when I have a lot of questions. “I like to say I don't do 5 stars. If you like me I do not look at ANY 5 star reviews. I like to say they shop is great. Emma is the best. I had issues with my heat. I totally appreciate when they called and broke down everything that could be wrong and asked how I wanted to proceed. What I appreciated the most was when I went to pick up my truck I expressed concerns about what if it wasn't working like I expected. Emma said just call us and we will take care of it. 3 days later I got a call from Emma asking how the heat in the truck was working. I never got a call from any other shop asking if my truck was working like I wanted. I waited over a week to put in review to just make sure everything was still working to my satisfaction. I can see doing more business with them. Like you see on most reviews about the shop they are honest and quick service.”

“Normally don't write reviews, and wanted to wait a year to make sure the truck holds up, so here it is. Took a 25+ year old truck with a leaking heater hose over to Duber's. One place wouldn't touch it because of all the rust accumulation and another place suggested a car restoration shop. Kurt offered a cheap workaround. (not sure why the others didn't think of that!) In the meantime decided to have the whole exhaust replaced. Kurt quoted me with a fair price and was honest with what should and didn't need to be done. It's been 15 months since, and the truck that I thought I might have to rid of is running great again. Kurt is knowledgeable, honest, and fairly priced and really stands by his work! My only slight issue is it can be hard to get a hold of them sometimes, but not a big deal with me if it keeps the overhead down. Would definitely do business with them again!”
