“Incredible service here! About a month and a half ago my Highlander wouldn’t start a couple weeks after I had warranty work done on it. I contacted Toyota Roadside to tow the vehicle to the dealership and while it was getting loaded on the tow it fell and smacked right into the tree in front of my house. I live within the vicinity and go past Armando’s everyday so I worked with my insurance to have it towed the right way to Armando’s. I received frequent updates from Tom. I have 3 kids so I know my car was a hot mess, but when I picked it up it felt brand new. They vacuumed it & cleaned the seats that I know were very dirty from my son (rear-facing) kicking the seats with his messy shoes. They even left me some touch up paint, and window cleaner. I would highly recommend them!”

“Awesome service, my vehicle looked Beautiful after repair. They kept me informed via text, with up to the minute coverage which I loved!!!! I did have a crowbar missing out of vehicle upon p/u unfortunately. Ask for Alexis!!! She is the bees" knees!!!! :-) UPDATE!!! Rachel from Caliber Collision actually called me after my previous review! She apologized for the crowbar going missing. I explained to her that it was my mother's and I keep it in the car for protection. She literally offered to buy me a new one and/or see if they had one on hand. They actually had one hand, I went and picked it up the following day! That follow thru meant a lot to me. Like I said earlier, incomparable, superb customer service!!!! Thank you to the awesome staff!!!!”

“Front truck (2) windows ceramic tinted. $128 out the door. My new truck had factory sticker on each side of the bed. I asked for them to remove them. They didn't charge me to remove the stickers! When do ever see that? I know it's not hard or take long, but the principle of it I loved. I thanked them and tipped. Work was flawless!”
“It took them about 3 weeks. But it was worth the wait. The car looked brand new again (i have a 2023 that was backed into) and they even cleaned the inside very well, im a smoker and couldnt even smell smoke in the car when i got it back. Very happy with this place and the people”

“From milwaukee so dont usually shop at this location. The few minutes I spent in the store though, I saw several employees walking out and helping customers. One installed a headlight, one pictured, popped the hood of the customer and helped him out. Great crew here keep up the good work.”

“Hands down the best place to get parts for your big rigs, I maintain a fleet of 7 trucks all different brands. Lyons almost always has the parts I need in stock or can get it within a day or two! Super friendly and prices are great. Also had a truck taken there for a transmission overhaul very pleased with their work and truck has never shifted better! 10/10 would recommend anyone to shop here and have repairs done here!”

“The staff at AutoZone at 2055 22nd Ave in Kenosha Wi were great today! My battery wouldn't start. Once I got it started with road side assistance, I went to another auto parts store that was close to my house, but they wouldn't install the battery, they said it required Professional Installation. I left the store and my car wouldn't start. I spoke with the staff at Auto Zone and they assured me they would install a new battery. I had to have my car towed, but once I got Auto Zone it was smooth sailing. They even gave me a discount for all my trouble.”
