You will wait 30-45 minutes on hold to make an appointment and not get a soul to answer your call, especially in the afternoon. Not sure where they go or what kind of trick/tool they have to ignore calls but they are experts at it.

I went here to get blood work done for my yearly physical. It was fast and easy. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Deja... the lady that took my blood was super nice! If she hadn't counted 1-2-3... I wouldn't have known she even stuck the needle in my arm. She was really good. Zero pain! I will definitely go back again if I need blood work done again. I highly recommend this Aurora Health Center!

Not a location you want to use if there's any need for getting something done in a timely manner. They would rather you go elsewhere if you need something done ASAP.

They need to hire on an additional doctor as well as PAC's. I used to be able to be seen sometimes the same da's y if I called around 7AM and now it's a week. This is not acceptable.

Very professional staff and they get you in to see the doctor quickly. The doctors are very knowledgeable and care about their patients health.

My Dad had an appointment on Wednesday June 30th, 2021 with Dr. Paukner.I have issues with my si joint and lower back. I am my Dads main caretaker. I needed a wheelchair to take him back out to my car after his appointment. I asked a nurse, Kat, who got the chair, helped him into it, then must’ve seen me struggling in the waiting room.Without asking, Kat came out and wheeled him out to my car for me. Her and Angela then helped my Dad turn around, pivot properly, and guide him into the car for me, until he was safely seated. It may seem small to some but I was beyond grateful. They were extremely helpful and showed their compassion to patients. Thank you again, ladies!

Worse receptionist all work at Aurora Health Care. They're rude! And Aurora will find any reason to make you keep coming back just so they can keep the insurance rolling. And they tack on things each and Everytime you have a Dr's appointment. Like for instances, the nurse asked if I wanted a Flu or Pneumonia shot when I was there for a follow up on my Hypertension and bBlood Sugar. Just so they can bill you (insurance) for more money. Dr. Mark is a good guy but those are some sketchy ppl. BEWARE!!!

0- STARS. MUST READ!Receptionist was beyond rude, (Genie). The moment she saw my son and I she scolded us for being on the wrong side of the waiting room without checking in.It was an 8am appt. I told her we had checked in already. ( I have pre-checked in online and answered all the covid checklists and a phone call the day before with a verbal questionnaire )She stated she needed to double check my insurance which my son had recently seen the doctor with in 4 weeks and everything was current. She then removed all of our correct insurance information then told me it was processed incorrectly. She proceeded to tell me I had a different insurance which was not mine and only had partial coverage. Then After to told me I had a $100 copay which was not true. I honestly felt she did everything in her power for us not to be seen, by her rude demeanor towards us and her actions. When I checked with my insurance company they confirmed all my pervious insurance was correct, that she then removed not to mention there was no copay. There was also no such thing as a $100 copay in any of the insurance policy’s for, being a regular max copay would be $50.00 at the max - if need be.Forgot to mention that this was a regular child wellness check up. Under state law and mandate ALL children’s wellness health check ups are 100% covered by all insurances. She then made us wait over 40 mins just to tell us i wouldn’t be seen without the $100 copay- time of service agreement. I told her she was making a mistake and there was nothing she needed to change. We then left very upset for trying to be billed for something that she knew she was doing wrong.I later called the supervisor never to try to clear things up and never received a phone call back.Receptionist and billing staffing are the worst people in this facility.

Horrible billing system. They sent my bill to collections while I was making payments. Also had flea infestation for a month and a half and told no one. Aurora is worried about ruining peoples credit and not concerned about public health.

I can't say enough good things about this place. From the people at the front desk, the nurses, lab techs, the bald PA and the Doctors, treat you as if you are their number one major concern.
