Had issues with our normal pharmacy being out of stock of the antibiotics my son needed. The ladies at the pharmacy were very helpful with getting it filled here instead asap.

Absolutely horrible customer service. And even worse medical staff. Came in with stomach pain in which was rushed for all these tests for cancer in which i never had. All within 15 min of seeing the doctor, nothing but problems sense. If at all possible do not go here under any circumstances they just want your money with not intent to actually help. Terrible interaction and terrible company. If i could give 0 stars i would. Disgusting and horrible experience

I have been to this pharmacy after clinic visit a few times. Only helpful person was a guy. Sally is rude, unhelpful, and should probably not have a license. Just retire already if you’re that unhappy with your job. Clearly upper management doesn’t care seeing how they have gotten these reviews for years and nothing is done.

Awful service. Sally pharmacy supervisor denied to counsel me on diabetic supplies. I asked for help and she recommend to follow up with my prescriber for diabetes education. Every other pharmacist I go to ask me if I need help especially when it was my first time using the supplies.Rude staff, technicians including Sally supervisor. They charge me cash price when I had two insurance on file. When I called to clarify they had me on hold and would pick up and place me on hold again especially when they knew I was calling. They then told me to go elsewhere to fill my prescription assuming I don’t want to pay for my prescription!When I asked about filing a complaint, the supervisor said to go on the website and obtain the phone number. After doing so, and calling that number the customer rep said no, you have to call pharmacy and obtain that number from the pharmacy supervisor since it’s a different department.After 2 hours of wasted time, I will no longer be using this pharmacy. I really hope that Aurora knows what’s happening in this pharmacy. This is completely unacceptable. Patients need their medications, and don’t have the health to argue with you

I have never been treated so poorly, by anyone! Not only do I believe I was racially profiled, but they don't care! I went to Urgent Care, and was told three times before I even saw a doctor, I wouldn't be given narcotics. I explained I was in pain but never requested narcotics. I then went to the ER, and received the same information. They are prescribing procedures and tests, with no conclusion. I requested to see a doctor and was denied. It was explained I couldn't see a doctor {I'm in the GI clinic} I would only be allowed to se a nurse practitioner. The only time I've seen a doctor, was when a colonoscopy was performed. The radiologist was so rude, he never made eye contact, and forced the sedation into my IV, causing a lot of pain. I've been treated like a drug seeker and nothing is being done to improve/eliminate my pain. I've been in pain since August 2022, it's now May 2023. I can't even see anyone regarding the pain until the end of the month. Not a doctor nor practitioner is available before then. I am a recurring patient, why isn't my issue being taken seriously.

The staff was very dismissive and did not listen to what I had to say. I think the doctor was with me for about 4 minutes, can't even say five. There was no discussion of the condition, no talk about medication side effects and they didn't provide any after visit summary or medication pamphlet. They rushed you out. I think being compassionate and patient is key in helping people. I will find a different doctor at another hospital system. Unfortunately, I've had very bad experiences with Aurora.

If you need respiratory care , this is not the place to go. Lack of doctors, you will get a PA and nurse that do not respond promptly to your requests. PA said the bipap could be converted to a cpap on the same machine. It could not so this shows you how much she knows . Our C-pap supplier has called them twice for a script for a specific mask. They have been waiting 2 weeks for a response from Aurora Kenosha respiratory. Do not use that department.

Great pharmacy hours. Always fill prescriptions promptly and accurately. Great communication via phone or otherwise. Staff makes every visit here quick and pleasant.

the ER receptionist ignored me at the counter for a minute because she was gossiping about a "shift hog" with her coworker. VERY unprofessional and rude. then proceeded to snap when I simply asked how long the wait was For my sick partner. people like that should NOT be working in health care. We waited for a while and then an older man sitting by us collapsed on the floor but they were letting people that can walk go back before the more severe people and it took seriously a whole minute before someone responded when we're all in the waiting room screaming for someone. This place is a mess.

The Emergency Room in this facility is absolutely one of the poorest run. The staff is Unjustly Arrogant & feel entitled to do as they wish irregardless of your wishes!!! I am not sure how they feel entitled to do as they wish & ignore a trusted & reliable family dr.s reason for sending a person there, and then withhold a persons medical record, send messages to other physicians in a person's care team without your permission, but they do not have have this right & this will Not be the end this violation of human rights. I would strongly suggest anyone go to another er center. I honestly have nothing nice to say about their er. 09/16 update!!!! To the er dr. Rebecca last name excluded because unlike you, I DO HAVE CONCERATIONS FOR PRICACY!!!! I do know that you changed the record today, i was online while you were doing it!!!! I also want you to know, i did download the previously uploaded record as well as the new changed report!!! I left the review hoping that it just might change how the staff ie you, the nusrse & the lil snot receptionist who called the cops & lied saying that i had an entire iv unit in my arm.... straight out lie! I was very blunt, polite & to the point. But once again, you have overstepped your boundaries, ps calling my other providersis waY out of line!!! Conclusion: i was not planing to sue, but changing my record & continuing to overstep your boundaries, disregarding my privacy & continuing to access my personal medical records, changing a report, taking 4 days to upload a report... i just may have to take alternative actions with legal team.... Have a beautiful day & get help for your God Complex!

Called to give Good Rx information for a medication and the woman that I spoke to her name was TY and she was not helpful at all with a bad communication skills!! This is the 1st an last time a I will Use Them !! The staff need to realize that people are there to get medication because they are Sick an Staff should really be more compassionate with there customers.

Don't waste your time or put your life in the hands of Aurora! They are the slowest and most stupidly educated employees ever! Plus they only care about money and ruining your life!
