I was really nervous with finding a new physician, but this place is great. Everybody here, from the front desk to the doctors are so down to Earth and informative. They definitely put any anxieties I had at ease!

No compassion and no concern they canceled 3 days before my appointment. I had an appointment as a new client in April since my doctor moved. I called and explained i needed new meds and was put on a waiting list that got me a February appointment.I was canceled because I wasn’t supposed to have access to the online appointments and she’s not accepting new clients.Why did I ever have an appointment with her if She wasn’t accepting new clients? Riddle me this. i

If I could I would give 0 stars. Doctor provided me with 0 care and was charged a ridiculous amount of money. Customer service was even worse. No consistancy and 0 knowledge.

Have always had a good experience with Aurora Health Center. The staff has excellent bedside manners and genuinely care about their patients. My primary care provider is knowledgeable and answers questions I may have.
