This apartment complex is truly amazing. Pretty good pricing for how spacious the apartments inside are. No big issues like mold, rats, or anything else has been in my way! Love the balconies. The view is pretty in all seasons! Also, The new park they added is so random yet so cute and fun. Love this place! ??”

“Ive lived here back in 2020 when they were first built always loved Kate; great community, friendly, understanding, well organized also have events in our club house sometimes I moved back recently i now have a 1 year old son and I still love it the same wishing i had never left”
