“I've lived here for almost 3 years with my dog and boyfriend. The 2 bedroom unit has plenty of space for the three of us. The manager, Rich, is probably one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner and the grounds are well maintained. The apartment complex has nice tenants and I have always felt safe living here. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a clean, safe and well kempt place to live. FYI- the heat is operated by a boiler system and takes a little longer to regulate, but we've never had any issues with heat.”

This apartment complex is truly amazing. Pretty good pricing for how spacious the apartments inside are. No big issues like mold, rats, or anything else has been in my way! Love the balconies. The view is pretty in all seasons! Also, The new park they added is so random yet so cute and fun. Love this place! ??”

“I recently viewed this property and was pleasantly surprised by home clean and unkept the grounds were. Jason and Verna were great to work with! The unit in particular had a nice upgrade with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The walls were freshly painted and rugs clean as well. I am looking forward to calling Stationside Village my home!”
