Best experience getting a loan approved in 3 weeks with First American Bank (Antoinette J. Tonias). I highly recommend First American Bank for all loans. They processed more than 6 loans for me. Quick approval on paperwork and appraisal. It was a great experience working with Antoinette to process this loan. Best service and staff.

I would 100% recommend Toni to anyone who is looking to purchase a home and needs to finance. She is experienced, and offers different loan programs that fit the needs of a buyer based off of and their situation. Her and her team are reliable and have quick turn around times to pre-approve you, which is a must-have when home shopping. Homes are going under contract fast!

We were first introduced to Toni in 2020 after applying for a primary mortgage. At that time, Toni was keeping any eye on the rates and contacted me at 7:30PM to let me know the rates had hit a new low and to see if we would like to lock in the interest rate. I was so appreciative of the fact that Toni was keeping an eye out for us and contacted me well beyond normal office hours. Her diligence saved us thousands of dollars and we'll never have to refinance again! Toni recently reached out to us again regarding a HELOC which can help us save a great deal of money and free up some equity to do some home improvement projects. Because Toni had our information on file the whole process for the HELOC was absolutely smooth. Toni has really exceeded our expectations and we're so glad she is keeping an eye out for our best interests. I cannot recommend her enough.
