Always a great experience getting my taxes done here. Very friendly and willing to talk about everything I needed to know for my taxes and questions I had were answered. Willing to help me when a previous employer failed to file their own business taxes and the irs needed help verifying information.

This is not the place I would recommend to have your taxes done.This will be the last time they do ours.They are extremely unorganized. Went to pick up completed paperwork and get the refund owed to us by Accurate Tax for overcharging us. First they are unable to find our paperwork in the area they were looking in. Asked to wait while they attempt to locate our paperwork. Once found we are informed the person who writes the refund check is unavailable and they will call when we can drive to thier office again to get the overcharges refunded.They knew that we were due the refund, why was it not attached to the paperwork!! Why must we make another trip for thier incredibly disorganized way of conducting business. I expected those doing something as important as my taxes would have thier act together, from our experience Accurate Tax does not.

Been there for 20 yrs. Kenosha. Never open, so never again. Receptionists are trash, Answering the phone in such a rude manner. Lastly, In 21' during COVID period, I called telling them I am having difficulty receiving 1 of my stimulus paymt's. They charged me $50 to file for it. No help as it STILL took an additional 5 mos. to receive it! $50 that I wasn't supposed to pay was probably pocketed !

HORRIBLE!! Filed my taxes with them and they did not file them correctly. Even after filling out they’re paperwork with no missing information. Now I’m waiting over 8 months to get the return. Horrible customer service. The person who answers the phone always has an attitude. The person who did my taxes would not answer my call for weeks. Do not go here.

Terrible service never again still haven't got my return and they don't help at all even though we paid alot of money go somewhere else ?

Really dissatisfied with this place, me and my mom who are struggling right now came in with our taxes so we could get our stimulus since we never got any of them , took our papers called a week later when its basically to late to file and told us to let someone else claim us. Very strange operation and very discriminate. Wouldn't recommend.

Not returning phone calls, dropped papers of for corporate tax filing X2, in late March, now the middle of July, called about 8 times to check on status, they refuse to call back
