I purchased a pig from a local pork producer who uses Roskom Meats for their meat processing. I'm disappointed in Roskom's "vacuum" packaging as it "failed." The ground pork packaging is fine, but chops, steaks, ham, etc. failed, resulting in the frozen meat becoming crystallized = freezer burn.

We are very happy with the butchering we've gotten from Roskom. We got a 1/2 cow last year that was done exactly to our specifications and this year we got a 1/4 and it was also to our specifications. The attached shop has some really awesome treats and additional meat you can buy. highly recommended!

absolutely love them-- great meat - always cut as we ask-- has so much more in the store for little treats to take home. get all my bones for bone broth from them .. all around genuine great place

purchased a whole car from a farmer who uses Roskum's for cutting. we were impressed with how absolutely spotless clean their storefront and facility appeared. All cuts of meat were excellently, trimmed. at that time they charged us a going rate that was slightly lower than some of the smaller meat cutting facilities. We are looking at buying another whole cow and will use Roskum's.

Multiple tubes of slime instead if grass fed ground beef. Customer service person was one of the rudest person I have ever encountered. Definitely will not use again and will tell anyone and everyone I know not to use them

I love Roskum Meats!! They always have the best beef!!! I will probably drive there today to get some steaks for new years instead of going to my local butcher. It's well worth the drive!

My husband and I purchased a half many years ago and were very happy with it then, so we thought we'd start at Roskom when we decided to buy again. I'm so glad we did! They're still the nicest people and I'm sure the quality of the beef will be as good, if not better, than it was all those years ago. Oh, and I love the addition of the little store in front! It wasn't there when we last ordered. I'm looking forward to picking up when they call which is a much shorter time than expected of only 2-3 weeks! I appreciated the time they gave us when ordering, as there were many things to consider. Thank you!

We typically get a 1/4 cow from them every year. No complaints. I really like getting the locally sourced meat. Great people to work with and the new addition on the front is fantastic.
