I like this location, but I had a disappointed group of kids when we bought a bunch of cold tenders only to get home and find bone-in chicken in the boxes... there are definitely a number of employees who need to realize that customer service is not optional.

Once again, long line l, one staff member working behind the counter and two others wiping down the coffee, hot food area, I was tempted to leave me product and go? I visit three Kwik Trips a day and I am noticing an alarming trend of poor service

The team at this gas station was SO helpful. While we were there traveling through for no apparent reason our car got egged in the parking lot. The manager here contacted another location to get us a car wash and make sure we were taken care of. The whole team kept trying to make sure we were taken care of, and I cannot recommend them more. 10/10 stars.
