Absolutely terrible experience with this facility. I would never recommend them. If you're comfortable with facilities clearly explaining procedures they are going to perform on your pet and then when the date comes perform something that was either unexplained or specifically stated NOT to do, then this is the place for you. I'm sure some have had positive experiences, but mine have been something no pet owner should have to deal with.

We have gone to Kaukauna Vet for a long time. If we ever get another pet, we are not going here. They let our dog suffer when we asked for help a thousand times. They blew us off, were disrespectful and rude on many occasions for the past year for various reasons, and they would not even read our dog's chart to fully help him and kept switching vets all the time because his main one was always gone. Our dog ended up dying on the living room rug, losing control of his bowels, and spitting blood. We had to tell him it was okay to die and that we were there, and then we had to drive him a half an hour to the emergency vet, in his bed, dead. The emergency vet people came out with a leash because they didn't expect that, which they were very kind to us. We have to pick up all his toys and things with no warning, a few weeks after his birthday. You should be ashamed of yourselves for the way most of you have treated us and Wally, who should have died without suffering. We wanted an appointment, and you did nothing.

Today we saw De Gagnon and he was extremely nice and explained everything very well. Onyx thought he was super cool other than when he took his temp ?.

I have been with Kaukauna Vet over 6 years. In 2020 not only did my daughter pass away but so did her half sister and best friend. All girls 18-19 years old. Bringing my dog in for a yearly visit was not on my mind and than Covid hit. But I did bring in my other dogs for shots and things before all this happened. So fast forward to today. My dog slipped a disk again in her back/neck and is in a-lot of pain, even vet commented he thought so also. Yup that’s why i called at 8am

Such a wonderful place, they helped us with our aging very sick dog. Not only was it compassionate..after it was over they sent us a beautiful card with our dogs

The most compassionate care comes from the Kaukauna Vet Clinic! They care about you as well as your pet! Dr. Laritson has been our vet for the past 18 years and has never let us down! The entire staff is awesome and caring. They took care of us when our beloved Sunnie died at home two weeks ago. I went there before the clinic opened and they instantly took care of me! If we get another pet, we will be back at Kaukauna Veterinary Clinic!!!!

The staff at the Kaukauna Vet are the best - from walking in the door to seeing one of the doctors! I absolutely love them and can feel their compassion for us humans and our babies.

I highly recommend!! Dr. Rossebo just amputated my dogs toe. No other choice. The thing I like most about Kaukauna Vet Clinic is how honest Dr. R is. He gives it to me straight! Then very clear direction on how to help my dog heal up. I want to give a big THANK YOU TO DR. ROSSEBO AND MARK for taking such good care of my dog. And the rest of the staff also. All so kind and patient!!! These are rough times right now and I dont like just handing my dog over but at Kaukauna vet clinic I KNOW HE BE TREATED LIKE ONE OF THEIR OWN!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Kaukauna Veterinary clinic is amazing. I would entrust any of the vets to care for my pets. My pet was a new patient and it was an emergency and they were able to get my pet in that same morning. I've been going back ever since.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Never sitting long in the waiting room. Appreciate having time to discuss any issues regarding my dogs. Also appreciate being treated with respect as I've owned dogs (and horses) for almost 50 years - probably even before Dr Rossebo, Dr Biese or Dr Laritson were born!
