The employees need to get on the same page.
I had 2 pork bellies I wanted to be made into bacon.
I called Haen's meat. Asked the young man on the phone if they would do that. He checked with someone and came back and said yes they would.
So I brought the pork bellies into Haen's and I was told at the counter that they can't do that by an older gentleman. Also a young man checked and came back and said that they could not.
So I called The Meat Block and a young lady didn't know. She took a message and said the manager would call me back. Low and behold she did call back and said they could do that for me. I brought them into the Meat Block and a nice young lady helped me. She asked me if l wanted to pick the bacon up there or at Kaukauna? I told her Kaukauna would not do it. She was confused because she said they will send it to Kaukauna to get processed.
So I'm really confused about Hean's Meat.
First saying they will process the bacon, then not and then The Meat Block will sent to Haen's Meat to get processed.
I'm sorry, but all the employee's need to all be informed of the businesses policies so customers don't do a lot of running around for nothing and confusing customers ?.

Haen’s meat market has changed since they were purchased a few years back. Their brats, sausage, hot sticks and dried beef were top notch. Recently we purchased some dried beef and what a disappointment. Not much of a taste at all. So either they changed vendors or the current vendor has changed its process to produce dried beef. I’ll be looking else where to find a replacement for some of Haen’s meats.

Despite being very busy and the Saturday before memorial weekend, I was able to get in and out very quickly. They have a HUGE selection of different meats and cheeses to choose from, and they're always fantastic quality.

Stopped by for some dog treats and came home with a hot dog from the stand in the parking lot. Hands down one of the best hot dogs I've had, a little pricey but 100% worth it! The variety of toppings and dressings blew me away. 10/10 would recommend

They used to be a 5 star place. Since the renovation and merge with Meat Block the quality has gone way down. They had the best brats around, now it's hit or miss. Usually too salty. Breakfast sausage is too greasy and No maple flavor. Neighbor brought us a stick of venison sausage he had processed there, it's just ok, not like it used to be. All new staff, we were ignored at the counter while a group of five employees stood in a circle talking. Too bad you outgrew yourselves. Bye

What happened to there hamburger ,used to be excellent, the last three times I bought hamburger there was no taste . Questioning what is being done now , some kind of cost savings method being used. Haen meat HAD always been top quality, the Haen family would NEVER sacrifice Quality !

I don't know why you changed liver (beef) it is big slabs of livernow not nicely cut like it use to be and was real cordy multiple friends of mine all complained about it not good ideal to change things a good way to lose customers
