“We had a hot dog food truck at my work and I ordered the hot dog. I must say they had one tasty dog. So I asked them, what kind are these? He told me Beck's. I had my husband stop and get some of these natural casing dogs. Just as good as the food truck. Definitely coming back for these again.”

“Outstanding experience. This was my first visit. Their add-on newer facility is well organized, clean and has a very friendly staff that is willing to assist you in finding what you need. Loads of options from fresh take-n-bake pizza, take-home meals, meats, cheeses, ham, even gourmet items, like Door County coffee, chocolate, various sauces/spices, etc. Even if you’re not from the area, this is worth the drive, as the variety has something for everyone.”
“I purchased a pig from a local pork producer who uses Roskom Meats for their meat processing. I'm disappointed in Roskom's "vacuum" packaging as it "failed." The ground pork packaging is fine, but chops, steaks, ham, etc. failed, resulting in the frozen meat becoming crystallized = freezer burn.”
