We purchased a couch with chaise and storage ottoman, a chair and a half with ottoman, and a recliner chair and a half (all made by Best Craft) from their Kaukauna store May 29 and everything was delivered July 2. We are so happy with our new furniture! It is beautiful and extremely high quality. We will definitely buy again from Best Craft! Thank you, PJ, Steve, and the wonderful delivery guy.

From the buying process to delivery, it was an enjoyable process. The time was taken by Colleen to make sure our couch fit our lifestyle. It wasn't a one size fits all experience. A shout out to Steve and his friend for going above and beyond delivering to us at a special time to accommodate an illness in the family. We are forever grateful for their excellent service from start to finish.

We shopped for our furniture in October. My husband actually enjoyed the experience! The salesperson took time to make sure we felt comfortable with our decision. It would have been ready before Christmas but I wanted to wait until after the holidays. They were fine with that. When our furniture was delivered the delivery was so smooth. Anyone looking for new furniture I would definitely recommend giving Best Craft a try!

Not at all a courteous driver on us2 this Thursday, be careful drivers that pickup and trailer will cut you really roughly,And these furniture are cheap and expensive if compare , I don’t buy that place

Ordered a couch cheaper than at other dealers they work withWe are big people , so we were able to beef up the frame and cushions with a reasonable upcharge let you know when couch is deliveredPeople there were friendly and a pleasure to work with
