I had nothing but a terrible experience with this company. Every time I call the office, people are rude and come off unhelpful. When I originally got the unit, the price was $42 for a 5X10 unit. As soon as I moved in they increased the price to $52.00, but kindly let me know it would be increasing. I went to pay for last month and they unexpectedly and without notifying me via mail or email, increased price to $57. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Reviews about this place is true. Dont rent storage from Apple Mini Storage. They care about your money more then your property or you.

Super clean, very well maintained facility. Have had 2 units for several years and have never had an issue with the company. Prices are reasonable for full concrete floors. Those are a plus for sure.

Great storage company to work with. They do not answer their phone but emails were always responded within a timely manner if not immediate. Their automatic payment system and gate code system worked great! I would definitely use them again.

Jennifer is never available and is extremely rude and doesn't give answers to any questions or concerns at all. Storage unit leaks every time it rains, they tell me it's fixed and it rains and leaks again. Jennifer only emails right before closing and even when I've asked several times to be called. She Only emails me. Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Clean, secure and prompt. Relatively cheap and better than other places that aren't as cheap. Recommend to anyone. Easy to rent and very fast. Must have a debit.
