“The service was great. Rob squeezed me in not only once it twice. I had to cancel the first time because my child was sick. The heat sheld from under my car was hanging down. It needed to be clipped back in place. In and out in about 15 minutes. But not only that didn’t even charge me. What? That is absolutely unheard of. Must have know it had been a rough last couple of days, it really made my day, heck my week. Definitely going back.Service: General repairs & maintenance”

“I like going to Salem Wisconsin citgo gas station, it's about 5 mi from the border of Illinois. There are no sales tax in Wisconsin. Gas is usually about a dollar cheaper as well. The workers that work at this citco are absolutely amazing.”

“For a gas station it's pretty cool they had a good unique soda fountain selection and a deli I was presently surprised while just stopping in for a bathroom break!”

“I asked this bakery employee, I think her name was Madison, if Festival Foods had glazed croissants... she said no. I told her how much I love glazed croissants as we continued our conversation and I told her my birthday was coming up. When I went in on my birthday recently to buy a cake she remembered me and told me to come back before I left the store. I continued my shopping and came back and she had make me a couple glazed croissants! That was so nice of her and it made my birthday :) it’s amazing how she remembered that about me and went out of her way to make me smile. Thanks, Madison!”

But thanks so much to the 3 girls behind the counter to help me find my wallet...even though I may or may not have been a dunce and thrown it behind my seat, they checked the cameras, helped me even look in my car, absolute legends. Been going here for 10+ years, even worked here when I was 15 myself. Amazing and wholesome customer service as always.”

“All of the staff members at this location are consistently helpful and remind me to input my number every time. The food is consistently hot and well-stocked. I have never encountered any issues when ordering food in advance; it is always ready on time. The store is consistently well-stocked, ensuring that if they sell it, it is always available. The aisles are always clean, and the self-serve areas are well-maintained. The bathrooms are consistently clean, with stalls stocked with toilet paper, and the garbage is never neglected. Even on the busiest days, there is always space in every trash can at the pump area, and the window wash is always full. This location even ensures that the paper is stocked. The pumps never malfunction when printing receipts. The parking lot, despite its size, has always been relatively clean. I am thoroughly impressed and grateful for consistently providing such a pleasant experience from opening to closing. Thank you for your exceptional service!l”

“I have been a customer of Walgreens Paddock Lake Wisconsin since 2004, which going on 20 plus years. I have been a loyal customer of the Paddock Lake, Wisconsin Walgreens because of the phenomenal employees they have there. Joe the pharmacist is one of the best doctor of pharmacy I have ever met in my 59 years of life. Nobody comes close. Alisa, from the pharmacy department hands down always goes above and beyond and takes her time in answering any question I have. Alisa always asks me if I understood everything she said and if I have any other questions. Alisa makes me feel like I am a VIP (lol) and is probably the only person that probably does. Alisa is phenomenal and love it whenever she helps me. When my question is a little too complex, Alisa will go and ask the pharmacist on duty and gets me the right answer where I do not have second thoughts after I hang up. Mikayla, the drive-thru phamacy technician always sparks up my day. Mikayla is always in a great mood with a million dollar smile. Mikayla also asks me if I have any questions for the phamacists, which I know they all do, but not the way Mikayla asks. Mikayla is full of positive energy and no matter how long the drive thru line can be, after Mikayla takes your order or gives your prescription, it will make your day. Last by not least, Assistant Manager Catlin Morgan is the best represention of why Walgreens is not just my pharmacy of choice, but the general store of choice. Assistant Store Manager Catlin Morgan always go out of his way to make sure I get the merchandise I came to Walgreens Paddock Lake Wisconsin store. Catlin Morgan will walk me over to the island where the product I am looking for. Catlin Morgan leads by example. Even though he is the assistant manager of Walgreens, there are other store employees he can delegate to help me. Unlike other managers I have dealt with at other Walgreens, Catlin Morgan takes charge and acts like any new store employee and does it himself. Amazing young man and I have the utmost respect for Catlin Morgan. I want to thank the head of Walgreens Paddock Lake Wisconsin Store and upper management at Walgreens Corp. for have such a great team of professional represent your great awesome brand Walgreens. It is the people that make a great company and a great brand. Now I know why Walgreens has such a great brand and is the one and only pharmacy for me the past 20 years and will be the only pharmacy in my lifetime. No other competitor comes close.
