Bad quality products, the Litter Robot 3 is constantly malfunctioning.

Just bought my 2nd Litter Robot. We love them! For us the only down side is that the round rotating "egg" has two seams and litter will sometimes fall in to the lower part that the egg sits on. Have to remove the egg and vacuum a little
