Most of the inventory in the store did not have a price marked on it. Neither a full price, or a monthly payment. Quite a large inventory of a wide array of outdoor power sports equipment.

I dealt with Mike in my first purchase of a competitive E-Bike. I ended up with a Specialized Turbo Levo. By far the most knowledgeable and accommodating sales person/ dealership I dealt in this process. I went out that day with the intention of buying a new bike and stopped at two shops that were much closer to my house and the trails I ride but couldn’t seem to get the time of day. Mike offered a great test ride and throughout walk around. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and will definitely purchase from here again. Glen in service was also a pleasure to deal with when I brought it back in for some maintenance/ upgrades.

I preordered a Orange 2016 YXZ right when they came out from Rock River. Water pump was bad in it from the factory, leaked out of weep hose. Mike took care of replacing water pump and got me back on the trail right away. Duke was my sales guy, old cat but took care me of well. Unit now has 8k miles on it, so quality of repair by Rock River and Yamaha product is second to none.

Very friendly and pleasing to talk with. They were quick and reasonably priced. They replaced my tire fast and accurately. Service department is excellent.

Originally, I went in with my wife to find a bike for her, and they saved us so much money, and I mean he didn’t seen amount of money that I was able to buy a bike for myself too!!
Mike the owner and jeff the sales rep really came through for us. They had my size in stock but my wife is small and needed a small frame and it did take six weeks but they were able to find a small framed Specialized. Tero 4.0.
We love the bike and are raiding them a bunch. I hope we can do business with them again in the future they really took care of us

Service department is great. Glen got my son’s bike fixed up and everything is great. Their selection of new stuff isn’t huge but they are gear towards dirt bike stuff. Parts counter is always super nice and helpful too.

Update: definitely wasn't at the wrong store pal. Old lady by road bikes ignored us. Dude at the front door was "on the phone". If that's enthusiastic salespeople I'm sorry.

Had a incredible experience with this business and Mike in sales. Bought a Specialized mountain bike from them online Mike immediately called me back after sending a request on their website. The entire experience was A++ Mike shipped the bike for me to Colorado do have a wrap done on it then helped me with shipping from Colorado to my home in Virginia saving me hundreds of $$ on that shipping. You have a customer for life now thank you for a great experience.
