Always so difficult to find things. The employees lead you on wild goose chases, the website does not have aisle locations just in stock or order options. The competition has aisle and bay finders on their websites making the wild goose chases impossible and a quick trip. Also the seagulls from the dump make it rain in the parking lot occasionally so bring an umbrella or a shirt you don’t mind getting droppings on.

We custom ordered a door online to be delivered to the store for us to pick up. It took over a month and when it came in and we went in to pick it up the door was significantly damaged in shipping. The store employees even in customer service were completely useless and uncaring. I spoke to the stores general manger who stated this happens all the time and there is nothing they can do about it. He promised to re-order the door and expedite shipping and would be giving me a discount on the replacement door. It took another month for the replacement door to show up and when I called the store to speak with the manager and ask him to check the door before I drove up there, I was told he no longer works for the company. I asked to speak to the new general manager and was told there wasn't one but they got me the next in command. I explained the situation and asked them to check the door. Surprise, Surprise, the replacement door was also damaged!!! They offered me 15% off of the damaged door! Yeah, No Thanks! Needless to say we will not be ordering from them again...EVER!

Remember when Covid was showing people's colors? When neighbors were turning in neighbors to the government? That's this store. They called 911 on a very disabled war veteran fo not "having a mask on". Police showed up and he said had a medical condition, which he did, but that he would leave without trouble. Cop and employee wouldn't let him just leave the store. Cop roughed him up, arrested him and his service dog, and threw him in jail. It's on video on the web.
I love Menards; it's my favorite place to shop. I have the Menards Big Card, do all Christmas shopping there, and get a company birthday card every year from them. However. I will NEVER set foot in that particular store.
Covid,s done now, but we will never forget how we were treated in some places, by some people, sometimes our own neighbors.

Kirk in the lumber service desk is the biggest piece of you no what. Every time I have delt with him he has the biggest Attitude. It's like he is pissed off because he has a job!! Will not ever deal with him anymore.

I managed to misplace the receipt somewhere between the register and car, went back in, and got hit with that line.
I was literally your last customer. Makes zero sense and pretty unprofessional.

We just moved to Sullivan. I believe we went to Menards four times already in the past couple days. This has to be one of the best Menards I’ve ever been to in Southeastern Wisconsin. The workers here here are not only friendly, they do their job and they do it well. Anytime I ask where something is located. A worker is enthusiastic and excited to help. They guide me to the right place and answer questions. We will continue to shop here.
