They have nice clothes but to me they are still overpriced. Don't like some of the material used on the stretchy tops. It makes them too warm in this heat. I can find some nice things to wear.

I went to shop for a new Bra or two. It was a Saturday afternoon. Prime shopping day/time. I walked into the store with my Best friend and the Vibe of the store was thick, heavy and negative. No one greeted us with a friendly “hello”. No one offered to help size me for a bra, it was the opposite. The dressing rooms were closed down. I asked if I could use it to try on a bra, and the woman said they were busy unpacking a shipment and didn’t have time to help me. I found two bras that fit by myself, and a new shirt. At check out, Michael was extremely unfriendly, didn’t say hello, didn’t smile, and didn’t say any positive words what so ever. Quite the opposite actually. It was a terrible shopping experience.

Oh my gosh. I went to lane Bryant with my mom today and we just had a horrible experience. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. I recently lost weight and needed some new bras so we asked for help in finding the right size. The first worker was no help at all. She seemed bothered and all she could say about the bras was what was written on the wall next to them. She couldn’t size me and seemed concerned that we asked her to. The other lady seemed like an angry bitter woman. I asked if we could use a dressing room ,as I’d never been here I was unaware that the rooms are unlocked, the woman looked at me like I was the stupidest person she’d ever met and told me to get a dressing room myself because they’re not locked. I’m never going back. What a terrible experience!

BELOW IS THE EMAIL I SENT TO LANE BRYANT CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING A RETURN THAT IS TAKING FOREVER TO BE PROCESSED:COME TO FIND OUT THE PERSON WHO TOOK MY CALL DIDN'T EVEN HANDLE THERE PART OF THE PROCESS IN HANDLING MY RETURN SLOWING DOWN AN ALREADY FRUSTRATING PROCESS:I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET A REFUND ON A RETURNED ORDER. I ACTUALLY TRIED TO CANCEL MY ORDER RIGHT AFTER I PLACED IT ONLINE BUT YOU SAID ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE THEY ARE PLACED BECAUSE YOU START THE SHIPMENT PROCESS IMMEDIATELY, WHICH IN MY OPINION YOUR SHIPPING IS NOT FAST AT ALL!! BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD BE TO ALLOW THE CUSTOMER TO CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED. NOW THAT MY ORDER WAS FINALLY DELIVERED ON THURSDAY, MARCH 3RD I CONTACTED THE LANE BRYANT AT THE JOHNSON CREEK OUTLET MALL IN JOHNSON CREEK, WI AND LET THEM KNOW I WOULD NOT BE PICKING UP MY ORDER AND MICHAEL STATED HE WOULD MARK THE ORDER AS ABANDONED SO I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK. HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE???? DO I HAVE TO ACTUALLY WAIT FOR YOU TO RECEIVE MY ORDER BACK BEFORE YOU WILL REFUND MY MONEY???? I DON'T KNOW WHY EVERY STEP HAS TO TAKE FOREVER WITH LANE BRYANT!!!BELOW IS THE RESPONSE FROM LANE BRYANT CUSTOMER SERVICE:Hi Theresa,A great day to you! The lady working here was very rude. At the counter, she didn’t greet me or asked how she could help (what a normal greeting should be “hi, how can I help you?”). And when I said hello first, she acted like “yeah, what do you want?”. I was apparently inconveniencing her. I have worked many retail jobs, and would never treat anybody the way she treated me. Very unprofessional.

Not the end of the world but, honestly, don't sign people up for things without asking. Before it is questioned, she got my info off of my online order slip from my return.
