“I am from Madison but had to make the drive to this GAP Kids to do my holiday returns since the two remaining Madison GAPs are closing and will not accept returns. The sales lady who processed my returns told me that a few of my items were not scanning in the system meaning they are GAP Outlet merchandise which I had no qualms about since the Outlet is on my way back to Madison. Upon arriving at GAP Outlet, however, they told me the items were not theirs either after scanning the items. I called GAP Kids to try to have them check again over the phone to avoid having to drive back. Long story short, the items were GAP Kids items but international. Between the GAP Outlet and GAP Kids, they were able to come to a solution to make me, the customer, whole and happy. GAP Outlet shipped the international items to GAP Kids who then processed the returns as if they were purchased in the states and sent me the merchandise credit directly to my Madison home address. I greatly appreciate the understanding and extra thought that both GAP Outlet and GAP Kids put in for me even when they did not have to since the items were internationally purchased. I am a GAP customer for life because of their kindness and true dedication to customer service!”
“I love Eddie Bauer, great quality long lasting products. I love this outlet store because they have a great selection and the prices are low. The selection is great, it's not odds and ends of things they couldn't sell, it's all their great products displayed well. The store is large and clean with all the Covid precautions you would expect. The staff is friendly and helpful and helped me with some return questions I had, definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great products at a great price.”

“I leve 5 stars because i like this type of clouth, but my question or u can a sume complaint is why looks used wear a main i brout this brand New neve used and looks opaque black color is my second one this one is with a vertical flag on back and my other one just said big freedom Letters agreed or comment if u feel me beacuse this ones not cheap retail or tag price is 60 rounder + tax oviously i not paíd that they show 20 % off but any ways 50 tax with in its no far for a poor quality”
