“Great store for kid clothes! I took my 9 year old daughter here for summer clothes and they had an amazing selection in her size (10-12 and 14). The lady working was extremely helpful finding sizes and was very friendly. Great prices, too!”

“I am from Madison but had to make the drive to this GAP Kids to do my holiday returns since the two remaining Madison GAPs are closing and will not accept returns. The sales lady who processed my returns told me that a few of my items were not scanning in the system meaning they are GAP Outlet merchandise which I had no qualms about since the Outlet is on my way back to Madison. Upon arriving at GAP Outlet, however, they told me the items were not theirs either after scanning the items. I called GAP Kids to try to have them check again over the phone to avoid having to drive back. Long story short, the items were GAP Kids items but international. Between the GAP Outlet and GAP Kids, they were able to come to a solution to make me, the customer, whole and happy. GAP Outlet shipped the international items to GAP Kids who then processed the returns as if they were purchased in the states and sent me the merchandise credit directly to my Madison home address. I greatly appreciate the understanding and extra thought that both GAP Outlet and GAP Kids put in for me even when they did not have to since the items were internationally purchased. I am a GAP customer for life because of their kindness and true dedication to customer service!”
