I went for a sauna session and I appreciated the clean, calming and welcoming environment. Megan was great. I plan to sign up for the Salt Room membership as that fits more of my needs.

Breathe Salt and Sauna is such a relaxing and inviting space. I use the infrared sauna and red light therapy to boost my immunity and skin tone. I use the salt booths to clear congestion when I’m not feeling well.
