Dont use the vacuum's at superwash. Two dollars for 6 minutes is an absolute rip off. On top of that I was a quarter short and the machine would not give me my change back. Never using this facility again.

The people who run this place are very nice.I’m a girl with an interest in cars, and I spend a lot of time keeping my “baby” clean and maintained. I don’t have access to a hose at my apartment, so I like to come here. A while ago, I was in one of the self-wash bays, having trouble getting the credit machine to accept my card. One of the managers was there, and he saw me struggling with it, so he kindly helped me figure it out. Yesterday, I went early in the morning to avoid the “lunch rush”, and another one of the managers was there. I spent a long time in one of the self-wash bays, and then I came out to vacuum. The manager complimented my car, and for all of my hard work, gifted me with a hanging air freshener, an interior detailing sponge, and a small packet of windshield cleaning wipes, which I promptly used as soon as I made it home.I am very happy with the customer service here, and I will continue to come back! Thank you all so much for making a girl feel welcome.

Skip this place. High prices and a low quality, poorly maintained automatic wash. The dryer doesn't do much either. I only use it when I stop at Insight FS for fuel. It works poorly on all 3 of my vehicles. It's always been bad. Main Street Station and KwikTrip have much better washes for lower prices.

We had an emergency situation to get a truck bed cleaned out and this older woman came out and refused service to us. Very rude mentality and had no respect for the situation. Badger wash in watertown is recommended. It's $4 for a 5 minute clean rather than $13 for a 10 minute clean and employees aren't around to make you feel bad for making a mess you will clean up.

Wash wasn't functioning. Took $13, and no wash. Very disappointing. Left a message at the phone # indicated. No word. Won't try again. Useless.

Tried to get a car wash. Paid 11.00 for it and it didnt work. Called the number 3 times over 3 days to get reimbursed but nobody has called me back. Will keep trying. Very frustrated.
