“Went to the Oakley store in Johnson creek and I was amazed. There was everything you could have needed, from clothes, to glasses, to gear. To make it better there was two ladies named Hannah and Julia who helped me pick out what I needed and knew exactly where to find it. If I could leave a 10 star I would, best shopping experience I’ve had.”
“Took awhile to find the department I wanted, petite. Fewer and fewer selections in my size. I was looking for jeans. They use to stock shorter lengths in with the Sonoma jeans, but couldn't find any. Could use more associates on the floor for asking questions.”

The selection is great, it's not odds and ends of things they couldn't sell, it's all their great products displayed well. The store is large and clean with all the Covid precautions you would expect. “I am from Madison but had to make the drive to this GAP Kids to do my holiday returns since the two remaining Madison GAPs are closing and will not accept returns. The sales lady who processed my returns told me that a few of my items were not scanning in the system meaning they are GAP Outlet merchandise which I had no qualms about since the Outlet is on my way back to Madison. Upon arriving at GAP Outlet, however, they told me the items were not theirs either after scanning the items. I called GAP Kids to try to have them check again over the phone to avoid having to drive back. Long story short, the items were GAP Kids items but international. Between the GAP Outlet and GAP Kids, they were able to come to a solution to make me, the customer, whole and happy. GAP Outlet shipped the international items to GAP Kids who then processed the returns as if they were purchased in the states and sent me the merchandise credit directly to my Madison home address. I greatly appreciate the understanding and extra thought that both GAP Outlet and GAP Kids put in for me even when they did not have to since the items were internationally purchased. I am a GAP customer for life because of their kindness and true dedication to customer service!”
