It isn't a terrible bank. It has changed hands a few times, always annoying when new cards are issued. Staff is nice and remembers you. They give decent advice. It's by a coffee shop, so I always buy coffee. The mobile app works. Not much to complain about. Would like more branches.

The staff here is second to none! Extremely helpful and friendly; some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The update to the online banking site offers many useful tools and it is very easy to use!

They added a deposit to my account, which I believed was mine. Pulled it a few days later, after I had spent it and totally wiped out my account. Then started charging me overdraft fees. Barely even got an apology, wasn't allowed to speak to anyone at branch level. I've filed a complaint and I'm done with this bank, don't put your money here.

Since they bought out my previous bank, it's the only one in the state of Wisconsin, so inconvenient! Waiting for them to sell the bank once again to another provider not in my state, the last one didn't have many branches either. I hate having to start over changing banks however, I'm tired of driving an hour to get to my bank!

The staff and personnel is great on the other hand this company should not be in business. The way they operate is completely outlandish and unethical. If you like having your credits and debits reversed for the sake of paying 1,000's of dollars in overdraft fees then this is your bank. The government should monitor these banks and understand how they reverse charges for the sake of taking your hard earned money.
