I see why they have such a low rating absolutely rude over the phone and cant be bothered to answer questions. Banker hung up on me. Do not go here

It isn't a terrible bank. It has changed hands a few times, always annoying when new cards are issued. Staff is nice and remembers you. They give decent advice. It's by a coffee shop, so I always buy coffee. The mobile app works. Not much to complain about. Would like more branches.
