“We had a huge mix-up we were told by the people from the high school State Championship in Nekoosa. This was close in error, of course. But before we even figured this out. I explained I had a lung transplant last year and still can't safely do stairs and would like to be closer to exit. They didn't question me , they were booked but found me a room. She also did not charge me and helped me get a lot. So I was so upset I forgot to ask her name. I hope by date and time an hour ago they will know both cashiers because there was a gentleman eho was just that a gentleman. I heard him say, " I don't want to leave her alone." He was very kind. Thank you both for making a complete crisis into a wonderful customer service experience.”
