Today I bought a vape from the store on center Ave in Janesville & I was NOT told to try it before leaving, now I am out $22.00 cause they refused to exchange it & I clearly was sold a defective device, poor service & I am a very unhappy customer.

My boyfriend doesn’t smoke vapes I do he went to the smoke shop got me my regular elf bar and when I opened the package it wasn’t hitting or no smoke as if something was clogging it. I called the smoke shop for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do and that’s why you have to it to see if it works. The cigarettes works fine right but buying a vape that’s 22$ freaking dollars and it’s not my fault it didn’t work and it won’t get replaced is very UPSETTING!

Good place. Vapes aren’t charged, so if it goes out charge it. Don’t buy a new one. Anywhere else they seem to be charged but not here

Went to this location to buy a mod, the lady who sold us the mod failed to tell us that we also needed to buy a battery separately. If we had known we had to buy the battery separately we would have went with a different option. So we left the store under the impression that it would just work. Drive all the way home to find out its not working and drive all the way back to get attitude from the lady behind the counter saying "then just buy the battery" The brunette/ blond lady tried to blame it on her male coworker at first then tried to make the excuse that there's a bunch of new workers which is still unacceptable. Cause if you sell a product that needs a battery it is common sense to inform the consumers. One of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After being a 3 year long rewards member here, I'm am glad to say I will never be coming back.

Do not buy ANY detox products from here. They are all junk. Really disappointing. Told the store not even looking for compensation and they were real jerks. I won't shop at any Extreme Smoke anymore. Back up your product and take your customer seriously.
