“Excellent, I arrived early at 4 in the morning and the girl who was on duty treated me very kindly. My appointment was for 7 in the morning and at that time they spoke to me and many were already on duty and they also treated me very well even though I I don't understand English very well, they didn't discriminate against me, they told me that they are there to help in any way they can, and the girl at the reception also treated me very well. I told her that I didn't speak English, she told me, don't worry, I don't speak Spanish either, and they all laughed. They treated me very well because in other wineries they have treated me badly for not understanding English very well.”
“Easy in and out. Quick unload. Gate is 1434#, go to door #5. Use the phone to check in (same for drop and hook-instructions are on the door). Will assign a dock, tandems back, drop trailer and pull out a few feet. Can't go in building due to Covid, but have a port a jon by door 5.”

“Had a 12:00 p.m. appointment, but I got held up getting my other load off and so it made me late by about 5 hours, I got there and they put me in a dock and I did have to wait for them to change shifts, but it was all good. And it didn't take long at all. The people were very friendly and I got my paperwork and was on my way. Thank you for such a great experience.”
