“Had a 12:00 p.m. appointment, but I got held up getting my other load off and so it made me late by about 5 hours, I got there and they put me in a dock and I did have to wait for them to change shifts, but it was all good. And it didn't take long at all. The people were very friendly and I got my paperwork and was on my way. Thank you for such a great experience.”

“OTR: Follow Truck Route. Overnight parking onsite.  Gated facility. Open 24/7. S & R office next to dock 242. Only bathrooms are at the guard shack, which can be a long walk depending on where parked and Dock assignment.
There are plenty of signs to direct route.   FOLLOW scheduled appointment time. Provide Security with phone #, they will call you once S&R is ready for you. You have max 15 minutes to get to S&R office, or NO Detention.   If late, reschedule appointment.  Once unloaded, you have 10 minutes max to get LUMPER payment, otherwise NO Detention. Busy location. Plenty of space, manageable to maneuver.  Good lighting at this location.  Have pickup / delivery details (+ #). The ONLY bathroom is available next to the Guard Shack.  Trash cans are in the staging area.  Tandems to the rear.  Take seal to S&R office with paperwork. Must have Hi-Visibilty vest.  Once in Dock, you must disconnect and park next to the trailer.  Must have straps to secure load.
No Drivers lounge. Pets allowed, but they must remain in the truck.”

“This place is quite busy if you are doing a live load or unload you have to drop your trailer and park in there bobtail lot they are kinda slow I spent about 3 hrs to unload 12 pallets but I'm sure they are doing the best they can”
