Horrible auto service center. I have a dually and they put the outside wheel on the inside and the inside wheel on the outside. They didn't have time to fix it that day so I came back 2 days later and had to wait for hours for them to correct it and they acted like it was my fault that they put the wheels on in the wrong order. Do not take your vehicle there if you have another option!

The service center people on the phone were extremely rude. what brought my attention was how poorly they acted when a serious event happen of a kid or parent missing, due to this I witness them just standing there and taking no action, when given a description they still stood there and acted dumb. I'm extremely disappointed!

Jason & Jazlyn were super super awesome in the automotive tire section. I ordered new tires for my brothers car and I ordered wrong. Luckily they had the right size in stock and they made the whole refund rebuy process super easy. Also their energy was nice they both were in good moods which made it even better. Shout out them.

I've only ever used the online service 3 times and everytime I place an order which at the time I placed an order everything it say is in stock but magically after they hold the money before pickup they cancel the order or part of the order and I have to wait 10 business days to get my money back into my account. Which most people live paycheck to paycheck. So I have to wait weeks before buying what is a necessity like the tires I tried to ordered and now they're holding 600 hostage. Puts a really bad taste in your mouth. Like how hard is it to have your inventory up to date. Every other major online retailer does it. And for in store the pickers for spark services are always in the way hogging the entire isle and are inconsiderate of the customers and they personally seem attacked when you asked them politely to move out the way.

I was in the store yesterday with my mom & Grandma and we noticed the short staffing in the front end and we only saw a few cashiers and i want to say one of your workers, Rebecca stopped what she was doing and helped my mom and Grandma check out she was very professional, very polite and very helpful.I've been there before and some workers refused to help us but she didn't. She deserves to be recognized for her hard work and stepping up and helping us. Very nice very polite young lady

WalMart is almost exclusively self-checkout now. The last time I was there the lady checking receipts at the exit Stopping everyoneI didn't choose to participate in that nonsense, so I just skipped the exit line and left. I heard her saying "Sir... Sir!!!!" as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head, leaving the store.Look. You can either trust me to do self-checkout or you can put your cashiers back in place like it used to be. I'm not interested in proving that I did your job for you.Signed,All of us

Customer service in the pharmacy and Bakery area are always consistently high standard! The remaining departments could really step up their game, especially in automotive. After checking several locations, this store had the correct part... unfortunately. Dealing with them is stressful and not pleasant.

Their deli is a joke. I informed them that I have special dietary needs and that I needed less than a full serving of wings and fries. They told that they can't due it because of corporate policy. Instead they charged the full price for the items that I got and it was less than half of the actual serving. Would recommend going somewhere else where they don't give you a hard time for getting less than the actual food intended.

The store is clean, has lots of variety, and very friendly staff. I was politely reminded to of Walmarts concealed/ open carry policy today. Now normally, i scan the entrance for a sign with a firearm with a red circle and slash through it, if I don’t see one I know I’m good to go. I didn’t see one so, in i went. At checkout, the cashier one lane over from me who had no customers politely told me that she was pretty sure I wasn’t supposed to open carry in the store. I reminded her that in Wisconsin, residents are allowed to open carry, but showed her my concealed carry license to reassure her that I wasn’t a criminal, just hoping that no one would question whether or not I had a license. She rephrased her statement and said she was aware that it was allowed in Wisconsin, but that Walmart’s policy is concealed weapons are preferred. I told her that I didn’t see a sign, but that next time I would conceal it with a baggy shirt. The whole exchange was polite, no voices were raised, i wasn’t told to return to my vehicle, security wasn’t called, and there was no scene. I thanked both cashiers and put my groceries in my truck, and out of curiosity went back to the entrance. On the window was a sign that said “no smoking, only service animals allowed, code Adam…” and of course right there below in plain English, “please refrain from open carry of firearms”. She knew what the policy was, and I didn’t. But she didn’t make it about who was right or wrong. She did EXACTLY what she should’ve done which was make me aware of the policy. This woman deserves a raise and promotion. The de-escalation tactics she used were perfect and it takes guts to approach a stranger about this sensitive topic. Not that the situation was escalating or anything like that, she knows how to talk to people. For that, she deserves more than whatever you guys are paying her, and maybe train other employees who feel they need more knowledge on how to approach this subject. The date of this interaction was 8/26/23, the cashiers name was Dawn. Excellent job Dawn!

Ordered a pick up from this location, because after the treatment that you get instore (at this location) I refuse to step foot in it and haven't in more than 3 years, but did not want to drive to Beloit or another location for the couple items I needed. Their pick up is not marked as clearly as other locations (its almost hidden on the Sam's club side of the building) and they use blue signs (where others have bright orange) making it harder to find, and the experience was nothing short of terrible. I should have expected nothing less from this specific Walmart and just drove the extra miles to get my items.
