Absolutely terrible customer service in pharmacy, both drive-up and in-person. They totally ignore you. Three counters, but only one clerk even when there are 10 people lined up waiting, and or 5-6 cars in drive-up. (There are other clerks doing something, but not waiting on customers.) It has really gone downhill since 2021. The efficient clerks they used to have seem to be gone. New, inexperienced, sloth-like clerks are infuriating. Same thing when you call in, they tell you a prescription will be ready for pick-up the next morning, you get there to find that they won't have it filled for two days due to "back orders". I'm going to change pharmacies ASAP. I'm supposed to limit stress (heart issues), but this place always leaves me stressed to the max.

Do not go there unless you want to fall. There is a major trip hazard. Unfortunately, I did not know that and fell. It has been over a week and they have not addressed it. Gettung the run around and what they tell me is there are understaffed and plesse wait more time for my injury to be adressed. The company filed a ticket to have it repaired months ago and nothing got done. Very unprofessional place. Go someplace else if you value your health and well being

It's very confusing trying to find the right vitamin or supplement down that aisle. Some items are in two different places because of the different brands.

The pharmacist I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Even though they were busy, they filled my son’s medication in less than 10 minutes, while was so helpful since we were traveling and just passing through.

One would face formidable challenges if trying to find a more inept pharmacy. Reliably & consistently: unprofessional, rude, late, later, latest, snippy, not snappy, not very nice and really, super crabby. But if you like to be unhappy, at that they’re not too shabby.

I have had to come to walgreens multiple time to get my medications filled. They never have my medications ready when they say they will and never carry my routine medications. Today I waited in line after calling first and was told it was ready for 30 min to be told you will ha e to wait about 20 min your medications are not ready yet. This will be my last visit.

My husband is in a lot of medication for his failing heart. One certain pill he use to take 40mg each but the doctor changed the prescription to 20mg a day. He was getting his 20 mg for a couple months and then when it was time to refill they gave him 40mg again. We called the doctor and she told us that he should be taking 20mg. My husband took the meds back to the pharmacy and they told him oh well, just cut them in half. #1 If we wouldn't have been paying attention he would have taken the 40mg and that would not have been good. #2 what ever happened to good customer service ? They should have taken them back and given homemade the correct prescription. They could have tossed the 40mg pills for all I care.

The pharmacy is super fast and the gentleman who takes my calls when I call to ask about prescription status is always super helpful and friendly. Tonight I called and in 10 min the prescription was filled and ready to go. Just amazing service and team vs the one I went to for years on milton Ave. I definitely recommend this team more. Thanks for your fast, friendly service!!

Their pharmacy staff is RUDE and unprofessional! I went to pick up a prescription and they tried lying and telling me that MY Insurance would not pay for generic brand. when I refused to except that they told me that they would have to order what the Dr. prescribed and that I could pick it up in two days, after they've had it for three! I went home called my insurance to see if it was true true and of course it wasn't. This type of un professionalism should not be tolerated nor supported.

My neighbor received a text that her prescription was ready at this location and she asked me to pick it up for her. I went out to pick it up and sat in line for over 30 minutes. Some cars did not move for over 10 minutes when it was their turn. When I finally got to the pickup window they wanted me to drive to the other side of town and it was ready there. Well I asked if they could just fill it and they said it would take 10 minutes. I’m like ok fine. But they wanted me to loop around and sit for another 30+ minutes rather than just fill it since they had sent the text to pick it up there and that it was ready. So even though they didn’t want to they filled it and called the police on me because I refused to loop around. I’ve been a good customer. The police stopped me a few blocks from Walgreens’s. Luckily the policeman was kind to me. I would never do that to a customer.

Came to get a covid booster, just to be told I need an appointment. So I asked how far appointments are booked out and the staff told me "weeks". The pharmacy was empty, no one was getting vaccines or anything, even the drive-thru was empty. The staff were pretty much doing nothing. What a TERRIBLE idea during the greatest pandemic we've ever experienced in our time. So I have a pretty good feeling about how Walgreens feels about public health... In other words all my future business will be elsewhere, like Walmart. Do better.Update: Walmart does walk-ins and appointments at their pharmacy. Got an appointment for the very next morning after arriving late in the day. This is the right way to do this, not waiting "weeks" for an appointment when the pharmacy is literally empty.

Was asked for a review on their website and so I gave it. It wasn't favorable and they emailed me to say it wouldn't be published. Well, you can control your website to make yourselves look better, but welcome to Google!Tried purchasing for pick up. Site went through entire buying process just fine. Then ten minutes later, they cancel my order saying it was out of stock. Tried at another location and another, both with same results. Update your site! Between the headache and their obnoxiously high prices, I'm not wasting my time with them anymore!

For such a large company it would be nice if they kept enough of my medication in stock. After 8 months they have yet to get my prescriptions right, half of the time I have to go without for several days because they don't have enough in stocks which impacts both my physical and mental health. Their staff is rude and rarely helpful when problems come up. I promise the inconvenience of you answering a question doesnt compare to being off psychiatrist meds for several days. Keeping stock isn't a lot to ask when i fill it every month with you .

I would recommend going to CVS. Here is a quick guide on how to easily transfer your prescriptions to a new pharmacy. Call or visit the new pharmacy to request an Rx transfer. Give the new pharmacy the names of all the medications you want to transfer, along with dosage and Rx numbers. Provide your current pharmacy's contact information. The new pharmacy will contact your old pharmacy and take care of most of the process.

Better service than the other Walgreens in town, but no pharmacy. However they do sell sparklers!
