I came into this Walgreens for the first time and had one of the best experiences thanks to Suzy. She both introduced herself with a smile, asked my name, and gave great recommendations for products based off of what I came in looking for. She made my experience beyond what I could hope for when shopping. Thank you Suzy!

Today at Walgreens received such a wonderful service! At the pharmacy: Coreen patiently searched the best discount coupon to apply for my eye drops, this saved me $50! She was so cordial & friendly , always with a smile. At the cosmetics counter: Suzy showed me a new mascara and explained the benefits, gave me a sample to try before buying it, truly appreciate her consideration and personal interested. Then Nathan -store Manager helped me find my product, never gave me “the rush” feeling, so cordial and friendly !! Thank you Walgreens for hiring such friendly, knowledgeable and helpful personnel, they all made me feel at home!! Really made my day, putting a BIG smile on my face!! THANK YOU .

Other than the pharmacy, which can be a tad backed up occasionally, I always enjoy going to Walgreens for a quick trip or to find a special gift. Everyone working there has been very helpful and kind.

Staff in the pharmacy are super nice, so no reflection on them.
I've been very patient with the LONG drive thru wait. I also call ahead of time to ask when it might be ready. Sometimes it take a few hours to get a basic script ready. But tonight I'm so mad. The doctor sent an antibiotic order 4 hours before the pharmacy closed for my daughter with a double ear infection and strep. I called right as we left the doctor and they said they would call when it's ready. It's now the next day and my daughter is suffering terribly. She should have gotten one dose in last night!

This Walgreens kept leaving automated voice messaging after repeatedly calling my friend. We have never gone to this Walgreens, and don’t even live near Janesville, but it became so annoying, we had to call and report it.

What is even happening? Pharmacy still says 24 hrs open which hasn’t been true for a very long time and it closes randomly all the time because of no staff. How is that even ok? People need their meds when they need their meds! I have heard the employees are treated horribly. This is a huge worldwide company. Come on. Do better Walgreens’s!! The only way to make a difference I guess is to use a different pharmacy. So Walgreens. I will be switching. Even Walmart is better than this!

Very expensive as usual. A particular oral Care product is $6.49. The same item as $3.99 at the local grocery store. Also most Old Spice products are priced over list price posted by Old Spice.
