April 24 @11:02 I called and talked to a physical person to refill 2 prescription, received my call it was ready for pickup the following day about 11:45 I go to pick them up, only 1 is ready. This has been so normal for this Walgreens Court St, to not have my prescription ready, I told them this happens monthly and received the reply it’s an automated system errors can happen! I let them know I physically talked to a person! Reply was they didn’t see a prescription to process I need to leave and come back, In my frustration I told them I would I told them I would wait in drive thru until it was ready, I was told I can’t, I let them know sorry I did my part the failure is on Walgreens I was going to wait right there, the Pharmacist, instead of getting my prescription ready, came to the window to let me know if I didn’t move they would call the cops! This location is absolutely horrible!
My time is just a valuable as theirs!

Horrible Pharmacy. Between waiting in line at the drive through then having to wait inside for a prescription to get filled. Sorry but 2 hour wait to get six pills filled.... Really get your heads out of your a@@s....

friendly staff, the store is ALWAYS clean, clerks are Extremely helpful & are willing to answer questions . a great place to puck up items you need .
definitely a 5 star rating.
we need more businesses that are as helpful and caring as Walgreen's is!

Very bad service. The cashier is very rude and serves reluctantly, there are very few staff, you have to wait a long time for them to charge you. I asked her who can give me some photos, I answered angrily, but I have to move there and I couldn't pick up the photos of my niece.

Ok I’m not feeling good! I’m courtesy enough to wear a mask to go to the pharmacy to get some aleive d. I get to the pharmacy desk and the pharmacy tech approaches me. I ask fro the alieve d lady brings back the Wal greens back and said we don’t have alieve d and this is the same thing. I’m not a big one for off brand stuff when it comes to this type of medicine. So I asked do you have a name brand that would be similar to the alieve d. This lady rolled her eyes got snotty and I’ll have to ask the pharmacist. Mmmmmmmm I over heard what the pharmacist said and I bought the off brand. I usually don’t say to much about how people act but when you dealing with people that are sick and courtesy enough to wear a mask when they come in don’t snotty when they ask you a simple question.

Went there to get part of my prescription and it’s closed at 6:42, on here it says 8pm…? First time coming here, will get my prescription and do a different Walgreens from now on.

Store itself is great, always well stocked and great sales. The pharmacy is left to be desired. You will wait in line for about an hour on average, inside or drive-thru. I’ve stopped sending my prescriptions here due to this.

Their prices just keep going up and it's ridiculous. I can buy the exact same product and brand but for $3 to even $5 cheaper at almost every other store. Lol
