I'm already a Verizon customer and I went in to add a line to my existing plan using my old phone. I went in 20 minutes before closing. I was quickly helped and left before they closed with my phone activated and factory reset. Customer service was great! They didn't try and change my plan or upsell me. They did what I asked, did it quickly, and did it correctly. Very satisfied!

Met with Jesse, the store manager, and with Alexx, a very helpful sales associate. Resolved a strange location problem that was showing our Verizon internet as being located in Rochester, MN rather than Janesville, WI. Thank you for solving this perplexing problem.

I have been a loyal customer with Verizon for many years. Today just reminded me why I continue to stay! Not only for the best phones and service plans but for employees like Jose. I had the best customer service from Verizon. Thank you Jose for your patience and kindness! He provided great conversation and and made the time easy. He helped to solve what we both thought was going to be a simple issue that turned into close to a two hours journey. I came in to see if I could have speech to text added back to my keyboard. After several updates and reconfiguring things in my setting it was situated. Thank you for all you do Jose and for Verizon always going above and beyond for their customers !

My experience was quick. I needed a mew simcard and was told to go to a corporate store. This store was fast, and the gentleman helping was nice, and i didn't catch his name. The new Sim card for the S22 Ultra was not the solution and Verizon ended up having to send me a new phone. But that's not on the store so my rating stands
