The box with the hat was damaged when I received it, and the hat and bow was bent badly. I feel it should have been in a larger box with more bubble wrap around the hat…to protect the bow. I love the hat, but now I have to get the bow flattened…also, one side of rim.

Well let me tell you about this little jewel of a place and I live far from here. Found these beauties on their website. Made the purchase, shipping label printed, and shipped out…all of the same day….A SATURDAY. Are you kidding? They came on home to sweet home Alabama, and my wife could not be more happier. I live long distance and got superior customer service. So if you live in the local area of this boutique, I would highly suggest for you to be confident in them.
