I’ve been coming here for a while now but this was honestly the one experience that I’ve actually wanted to change my mind in coming here . There is a hair on the pinky nail the edges weren’t cleaned up and the nail polish is very chunky , it also dried very ugly . I honestly haven’t had them as bad as they were . You can tell the nail polish just slid down to the tip of my nail and created the chunk look and it is very patchy .

Took my daughter here, the lady doing my nails cut my skin 4 times and burned the tips of several fingers with an emery board. She cut my nails way shorter than I asked for, and all the nails are different lengths, some of the individual nails are cut sideways at an angle too. The polish is all over my skin, and the polish is lumpy on all of my nails, and has holes in some of them. My daughter’s nails have a similar appearance and she had a similar experience. When we were finished, I looked at the sterilizing peel pack that the tools were in, and the sterile indicator had not changed colours which means the tools she used on me were not clean, they were dirty. Would not recommend.

Very nice and I am very happy with the results of my nails. They don’t do the cuticles but the design and shape was perfect and very fast a whole set took at least an hour or a little more. Would recommend!

friendly staff, great work, pleasant atmosphere— overall one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. The nail tech was attentive, and checked in on me Multiple times to make sure that it was what I wanted. I got a full set, and it looked exactly like the picture I showed. I am in love!

Nail tech was horrible.My nails are flat, dull, barely any shine even with a top coat. I’ve never been to a salon that is so cheap they don’t even let you wash your hands after they are done filling you in and just paint them! She didn’t even take all the polish off my nails and bc i just had the tips painted, you can still see the red polish on my nail bed from previous color! They need to give me my money back fr ?

Past couple of experiences haven’t been great because of simple things like not the best cuticle care and bad design/nail paint. This time it was so bad I felt inclined to leave a review. They never clean their work stations between clients, it’s dirty. While getting serviced a bug (that looked a lot like a roach) climbed onto the towel where my hands were. The tech took the towel, placed the bug on the ground inside…brought the towel back and continued to service me. Can’t believe I paid for that experience. On top of the cleanliness, they’re inconsistent with appointments. Different people get told different times for the same services. People with appointments still come in and have wait a while. I watched two people show up for an appointment with the same tech at the same time. One almost got turned away or had to wait an hour, she settled for a different tech. I think they have some talented techs, but they need a bookkeeper and to do a way better job at cleaning.Service: Acrylic nails
