Just wandered in with a bunch of art and the staff here set me up with a great box that wouldn't be upcharged and sealed it up for me. There was also a line of 8 people when I came in and they cleared it in minutes. Great service and knowledgeable staff!

I love this location. Every time I come, the staff is always super helpful and makes things as efficient and easy as possible! They always go above and beyond their job to make it a pleasant experience! Often find myself being given the best deal possible, which is always amazing!

Everyone is so kind and helpful here! I came in just 20 minutes before they closed to drop off some items and I felt terrible for being “that person”. Michelle and her coworkers didn’t make me feel bad at all! They were so kind and helpful! I didn’t feel rushed or a pain. Great customer service!

I go to a lot of UPS stores and typically the people working there are not overly friendly or helpful. The last time I went to the one in Janesville the woman was wonderful. I just left today and the young man behind the counter was so friendly and helpful. Five out of five stars for this one.

Had an Amazon return which was sent to me in two separate boxes. Was told at the counter i need to put them in one box or tape the boxes together. I said ok i have tape in my car. She said we can do it for 8.00 i said no i have tape. I was then told i have to take the boxes back outside to tape them together and then bring them back in and that i couldnt use the table inside. I currently have issues with my back legs and feet. Thanks UPS for the terrible customer service. I truly appreciate the years of business i have brought to you to be treated this way!!!!
Thank you for your response however i wasnt going to pack stuff up in the store. I was simply going to tape two fully packed boxes together with tape i previously purchased from your store so i could use the one label i was provided. I cant believe your policy is to have your customer leave your store to tape two boxes to each other because I had tape and didnt want to pay you 8.00 to do it. Again, in my opinion terrible customer service. If you dont see why this was a ridiculous situation then i guess i have been doing business with the wrong business. I hope it was worth losing a loyal customer of many years over 8.00.

Staff is usually pretty quick and accommodating. Wish the store had a different parking lot or location since it gets busy often.

My package are getting tied to street signs or thrown in the ditch. This is a business they are delivering to, so yes my driveway is plowed with ample room for big box trucks to turn around. When I call customer service at the Janesville Wisconsin location. I am old it's a junior driver that is unsure of their driving skills. And they stand with the drivers decision. When ask to speak to a supervisor they become rude, refusing to give me their names and hang up on me. Very poor service and ignorant customer service.
