I needed a dress for a wedding I’m attending two days from now (I had searched for two weeks hadn’t found what I was looking for). Zoey at Janesville Tiger Lily was absolutely amazing! She took the time to ask me what I was looking for and gathered dresses that fit my description. When I tried on those suggestions and wasn’t satisfied with how I looked in them, Zoey again took the time to ask what I did and didn’t like about each dress and found more options for me. This kind woman had to have selected about 20 different dresses for me. She gave helpful feedback, was extremely knowledgeable about what color high heels went best with what dress colors (down to the “this nude heel has more of a yellow undertone so it’ll match that dress better than this nude heel with a more of a pink undertone). I was genuinely blown away by the level of help and kindness I received. I left with two dresses and a pair of heels. So many thanks to Zoey who made my anxious rush to find clothing so much easier and less stressful!

My friend went here looking for dresses for her vacation for her birthday and the lady working there that day helped her out on 7-23 and made a rude comment. She thought it was ok to say that she is really thin and asked does it hurt like when you lay down on the carpet with your hip bones.Skinny shaming is as bad as fat shaming and asking that questions is not ok in any situation. Especially when you’re at work helping a customer and don’t know what they are going through. Be more professional and put yourself in other people’s shoes and think before you speak.

Love this store. The girl working today was super amazing. She was very informative when I called, helped me find the PERFECT dress, and helped alter it so it fits perfect as well. Not to mention helped with jewelry. Does her job and then some. The only place I’ll go when I need a dress or outfit for a nice event.

I went to this location an hour ago and the sales associate was rude (glared at my bf and I) and did not even acknowledge us at the store. Poor customer service. I was planning on buying something but chose not to because of her attitude.

This place is amazing. The selection is great and the prices are very affordable. I’ve gotten dressed here for 8th grade Graduation, Homecoming, and Sadies. I absolutely recommend it and the staff is very helpful with deciding which dresses look good and which would look best for you.

I went into the store in Janesville to find a dress to wear to a wedding and the sales lady told me we close in 7 minutes if you could come back another time I would be glad to help you find something. I will never go back if I am in the store I should be waited on. not getting my business. this does not give me the option to select no stars because that is what they deserve.

My close friend and I went into tiger lily looking for dresses for homecoming. We weren’t being disrespectful to the one worker there at all, didn’t make a mess, put our dresses back our selves, and didn’t make a scene in any way at all. We were both very rudely asked if we were “going to buy any dresses at all today” because if not then she “is not going to take down dresses for us all day”. I told her that my mom was going to meet me here if I found something I loved, and she very rudely said “okay…”. Keep in mind, I had tried on 6 dresses on that I had grabbed myself and didn’t ask for any help. My friend only had her help her get 2 down from the wall. I was going to ask but I guess we will take our business elsewhere. Very rude and don’t recommend. ALSO every girl in Janesville gets their dresses here anyways so I would recommend a different store if you don’t want to match with someone on accident:)

The employee was very rude to us. She asked if we were going to buy anything and we said we weren’t sure and we were just looking because we hadn’t seen anything we liked yet. I had only tried on about 4 dresses by now and only 2 of them she had to get for me off the top shelf. She then told us that she wasn’t going to keep getting stuff off of the top shelf for us if we weren’t going to buy it. Then she walked away and we were very offended because in order for us to buy something we needed to try it on but we didn’t get to try anything else on. We are overall very upset and disappointed because all we wanted to do was look at dresses for homecoming and this rude employee made that impossible for us.

I was looking for a homecoming dress and the staff totally ignored me. Like hello I'm going into your store to spend 200$. I so hope the staff don't earn work off commision. Thats a big mistake.

Waaaaay to pushy. Tried upselling us 33 times as we selecting a prom dress. Needs new employees that are not lazy and pushy at the same time. Sorry... cannot recommend. Got to another store for the prices they charge.
