The automatic car wash here is pretty bad. The water pressure is too low. The manual wash is okay.

EXCELLENT! This is how all washes should be!My wife and I were traveling, and I asked her to look up a self-service car wash on our route. She found this little gem and guided me there on the map. There was a little bit of a wait, but it was well worth it.First... I was able to tap my credit card to get started, and when I finished, I just hit the green button to stop my time. This was AWESOME!Second... I was so happy with the quality of selections for the soap, wax, pre wash soap, spot free rinse, vacuum, etc. There were plenty of choices.Third... there was plenty of pressure and soap dispensed, no cheating the customer here!Last but not least... I marked this wash facility on my map favorites for the next time I'm in the area. I was SO HAPPY with the quality of this self-serve wash.They also have a touch less drive-through wash. If the quality of the self-serve represents anything, you'll be very happy with the drive-through as well.(I wish I had taken some pictures. But I was in a terrible hurry. I didn't want to forget to write the review, though.)Stop in and save yourself the headaches you'll get elsewhere.

I forget the date but this car was the Mt.Zion location. They were giving free washes to try the "new automatic wash" with new features and new chemicals that was supposed to make the new improved version so much better. I have never had much luck with touch less car washes but I thought for a free wash I would at least check it out. At that point that day it seemed to do a decent job so I spent $40 for 6 of the new and improved level. This was half price. I used the coupons twice for each of my vehicles. The car wash didn't seem as good either time but it seemed even worse after the second time. It doesn't clean the dirt off at all. This is normally 12 bucks a wash. You can see dirt on the windshield where the wipers don't touch the windshield but the whole vehicle is still dirty. My wife called and left a message trying to get our money back and he said he wanted us to meet for him to look at the vehicles. From the beginning he was trying to make it something that I did wrong. "When was the last time you had these detailed? ( I wax and buff both of my vehicles twice a year which was about two weeks before this ordeal). I can tell you for sure the finish on both vehicles was smooth and slick when I finished waxing them. The owner and the guy working at the car wash washed both of our vehicles by hand. Afterwards we were looking at one of my vehicles and there was a grit still on the finish the they proceeded to blame me for "waxing soap into the finish" every step of the way trying to make it something I did wrong. Never once offering my money back for the $40 I might as well have just put down the drain. I won't be back.

Always clean. Staff are friendly and machines are always full with supplies if you forget yours.

Only place I go. I usually have kayak racks so can't use the automatic car wash, and I can do it better and cheaper by myself manually. You gotta find the right time to go since it can be busy at times, but that says a lot about what they offer.
