Service did not work at my job tried returning phone and trackers two days later the manager Brad did not inform me that there was going to be over $100 restocking fee for returning the devices. Also told me my bill was going to be $90 every month taxes and fees included, but online it was stating my monthly bill was going to be $131. They won’t even let me return the devices without paying the restocking fee told me to call customer care called them got in touch with the very nice supervisor who ended up waving the restocking fees And place my account in Gooding. I’m still Out of $60 that Brad charged me for the taxes on the devices that will not be refunded to me. Please be aware that if you go here and you choose not to go with the service two days later, they charge you to return everything. Customer service was awful. If I could rate zero stars I would!!! I would never ever in my life Recommend T-Mobile to anybody.

The biggest scam. This location has given me nothing but trouble. When I came last year I was told by the manager that I could trade in my iPhone 11 for a free 13 pro max and never be charged due to the trade in value. It was completely a scam. That promotion had ended which I told him it was and he said it was still ongoing. He also was swearing in the store while there were others and my child present. I called the store for months about the situation and the manager never returned my calls. I’ve been overpaying on my bill for no reason which was resolved today. Now I am left with an iPhone 13 Pro Max that stopped working and I still couldn’t get a phone due to being told false information yet again. I called customer service and they were better help and even referred me to a different location AND a third party store. Sad that their customer service even agreed the behavior here is unprofessional and unacceptable. We won’t be going back to T-Mobil due to the lack of trust, disrespect and unprofessional experiences we constantly have. This place deserves 0 stars.

Wasn't a pleasant experience, except for a Female associate she was very helpful and a pleasure first visit. I had returned same-day to upgrade, had a Male sales associate help me second visit and he was very rude and dismissive. Avoid this particular T-Mobile store at all cost very rude and not very welcoming.

Was in there on 02/23/2023 for a few things. Management was helpful and friendly. I was also there about a year ago and was not happy then but this management is way better and would work with them again anytime. Keep up the good work and thank you for being patient with me and my family

For the last 3 years I’ve had T-Mobile, and they have been nothing but helpful, kind, and understanding. I was in there recently getting a new phone and I brought my two children with me (5 & 2) they weren’t on their best behavior. Spencer (I hope I got your name right) got his phone out and put a movie on for them. He was extremely kind. & I forgot her name but the women who did the transaction, she wasn’t pushy. She helped me get the best deals possible & also got her iPad out when Spencer went home so my kids could continue watching a movie. The effort they put in to help me was above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and T-Mobile itself. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

If there was a way to rate lower then no stars I would. I was working with T-mobile to communicate to them this store preys on people selling them services they don't even get (charged for e- watch they don't even have). I then called the store and discussed with the Manager why/when they accessed my account, he/they said they did not. Total fabrication, how can you shop at a store you cannot trust.If you want T-mobile service/products, do yourself a favor, go to another T-mobile retail store or call T-mobile directly.

I went to try and switch over to T Mobile from another provider. As soon as I checked to make sure the phones I was going to bring over would work and my card was charged things went down hill fast. First my name was spelled wrong, second there was no way to check the order online. I spent over 6 hours trying to at first just confirm the order then trying to cancel it. I spent 1.5 hours waiting on hold at which point I was hung up on. And this happened 4 times. I was hung up on four times. I tried repeatedly to cancel the order but got zero help from these folks. Unfortunatley this means I had to file a fraud dispute and get a new card ordered. What a waste of my time and money. Stay away. Stay far far away from these guys!

Spencer and Brandon were great! I came in pretty frustrated with my phone that was full and had no more storage. The two of them put their heads together and figured it out. I resumed 50% more storage than I had earlier. Very helpful fellows.

The team at T Mobile Janesville was friendly, funny, and extremely helpful. Got a great deal on an awesome phone and the whole experience was pleasant. I went in with a phone that refused to charge and was able to walk away a few hours later with a better quality phone. The two employees even stayed 40 mins late To help us finish our transaction. My husband also got a new phone and a great deal.
