I am currently in the process of moving I am continuing spectrum services at my new address, but I am still getting charged for a full billing cycle at my current address when I will no longer be living there 20 of the 30 days. When I called to complain I was told that they don't pro-rate the bill. I am very unhappy with my experience.

Went there to place an order for a tablet, the guy at the counter ordered the wrong one. I returned tablet unopened and still got charged $50 because an incompetent employee couldn’t order the correct item… gottalove spectrum will always find a way to rob you!!

Website stated open till 8 pm on Saturday. Window also states same. I drove down from Fort Atkinson and they were closed! An 8 x 11 typed sheet taped to door gives new hours for Saturday to close at 6 p m.So I informative to the public...NOT

I tried calling yesterday to explain the problem I was having with the shipping of my equipment the lady was very unprofessional and yelled over me telling me how long it takes and I was trying to tell her they sent me a message saying customer wasn't home so delivery will be tomorrow she didn't wanna hear it was very rude haven't even received my equipment yet and I'm already looking for anonymous provider

Great experience and interaction overall. Went in to get setup for high speed internet. Larry was very helpful and had me all setup to go in under 10 minutes for a home install. They're very helpful, just tell them what you need.

These people are the king of bait and switch. Has anyone gotten the price of something they advertise ? If you deal with these people it is just a waste of time.They will Not honor the prices that are advertised. I Received a flyer for $29 service they insist on adding $22 for local stations. Please see photos. If anyone has received this deal please reply.

We had a very good experience. Bill is the guy who helped us out and he was just very nice and very fun to talk to as we waited for our phones to activate. Very impressed by his costumer service!

This review is about the corporation, not just the box store. Whether you deal with the online staff, people in the store, or the technicians in the field, you will be disappointed. They tend to talk like your problems will be solved, but trust me, they will fail. An online salesperson assured me that there was cable at my residence even though I knew better. So I enrolled, received the equipment, and found nowhere to connect it. A tech came out and said there was no cable on the property. Five more technicians made visits to the property and failed to get the cable installed.A call to report issues will lead you through a difficult call tree and various salespeople that attempt to upsell you other products such as cell phone plans and TV plans.I could write another chapter on the incompetence of this outfit.

Worst cable and internet service I’ve ever had. Between the random up charges. The complete inability of changing the channel. Random internet cutouts with no explanation or timeline. Spectrum’s once great monopoly on cable and internet has finally come to an end. Complete robbery. Can’t wait for TDS!
