Hey, listen. I know you're thinking about doing business with Sikers, but I gotta warn you, they're not exactly the best. We ordered a couch from them back in January, thinking we'd have it before the baby came. But guess what? They messed up the order and we only got two-thirds of the couch! It's been months now, and they keep saying they're gonna fix it, but nothing's happened. No updates, no communication, nothing! I'm telling you, it's a total nightmare. I hope the higher-ups get their act together and make things right. If they do, I'll take this review down, no problem. But until then, stay away from Sikers, my friend. Trust me, you don't want to deal with this headache.
Just wanted to update: sikers delivered the last piece of our couch. Said it would be a 9-12 delivery time. Low and behold didn't show up until 330pm. I took a day off work to sit around and wait for them to show up. They ended up saying the reason for the delay was a fire in the factory. Would have been totally fine had they just said that in the first place instead of beating around the bush. For being in business for 90 years their customer service sure doesn't reflect it. Avoid this place like the plague. I feel like they need to reimburse me a days lost wages.

I'd give it a zero if I could. HORRIBLE customer service. Delivered the wrong half of a couch and waited months for the other half. After tons of bugging to even get a call about a status update on the other half of the couch they said the delivery was delayed due to a factory fire. Well that's not the customers fault since you delivered the wrong piece the first time, so please COMMUNICATE THAT. Then, gives windows of time to deliver when it's finally ready, and it didn't show up. "Oh you didn't get it? They'll be there soon." Buyer beware, go somewhere else.

I have gotten multiple pieces of furniture from Sikers and I have to say Jen went above and behind with helping me get the right pieces. She listened to all the things I was looking for and got me the perfect chair and table. I will definitely be recommending her to others!

I’m so mad I didn’t take any photos our trip! I’ll do an update later. I just needed to say this was a great furniture shopping experience for myself and my husband! The sales lady (I forgot her name but I’ll do an update) was so great. She was NOT pushy or annoying at all. She was helpful and didn’t pester us like the “car salesman” At Ashley furniture. We found exactly what we needed after going to multiple furniture stores. We WILL purchase from here again. Amazing experience. Great products. So many options and choices. It takes about 6-8 weeks to get your order. 12 months interest free if you go that route. If After 12 months and the furniture isn’t paid off by the 12th month all the interest from the year gets out on your bill. So keep that in mind.

This company is amazing. The sales lady Jenny spent a ton of time with me while figuring out which couch I wanted and the delivery guys were very friendly and awesome. This is the second time I have bought through them and will continue to do so!!! Thank you!!!

Siker Furniture is amazing. Quality brands, good prices, and great service. Everything you want from a furniture store!
Matt did a fantastic job on a small change we needed made to a chair we purchased.
This level of customer service is becoming harder to find but it still exists at Siker’s. We’ll be back!

Purchase flexsteel sofa and recliner had a grinding noise they came fix it best furniture store for me and I am going to my only furniture store in the world sikers take care of there customers and that is why only place to get new furniture

I bought a new living room set and it is amazing. Cindy was very helpful and rhe delivery men were awesome. They were courteous and even suggested to get furniture coasters for easy movement of them. Very happy with quality of furniture and the service.
